BROKE within a month and customer service sucks

The power switch broke within a month of use and customer service said they would send a replacement. I thought, "Well that was easy". Now about a month later, I contact them to ask where it is since the tracking number provided isnt working. They said now that its BACKORDERED but the rep I spoke to said no such thing. After telling the rep, " Well no one told me that and its inconvenient from me" , the rep replied " Sorry , Youre welcome. Thank you and have a great day." This isnt helpful! Its rude to disconnect before solving the problem at hand! Get your house in order KITCHENAID

Broke on third use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hoping I just got the lemon.... third time I used my mixer, the on/off/speed button broke. I now have high speed only; and to turn it off, I have to unplug. Off to warranty page next..... hope that works better than my mixer!

I highly recommend this mixer, you will be very happy with the way it performs. I have used many mixer during my lifetime and this one is the quietest one I have ever owned and it has all the power I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a hand mixer for Christmas from my husband. It had an issue and I was able to exchange it with the KichenAid service/warranty dept. It had to be the easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had!! Deana was so friendly and accommodating and I received my replacement within a week. I absolutely love my hand mixer.
