[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Coffee machine that our son recommended in January after a lot of research. Was a little afraid it would be too much work but turns out it’s pretty easy. The coffee is really good, now we want to get one for another home we have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this a month ago looking for a simple way to have multiple espresso drinks. It produces a good product and is simple to use. My wife drinks decaf and I drink caffeinetted coffee. I purchased an additional coffee hopper and it is very easy to convert from my wife’s decaf beans to mine. Great machine!

Best "superautomatic" on the market, couple nits..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well made machine, easy to use & clean. Good selection of drinks. A couple nits:
- For milk-containing drinks, temperature can be a bit low despite setting of 'hot'. Coffee temperature is perfect, but it seems the milk is not quite as hot and cools things down quickly.
- Milk container lid is not a press-fit and comes off easily. Should have a gasket that seals it to the base.
- Customization settings are saved whenever a particular drink is adjusted, so the next person to select that drink 'inherits' those settings if they are not careful. Profiles help, but when a large number of people are using the machine, one needs to point out this cautionary step.
- Similar to above, any time settings for a Profile's drink are adjusted, it stores them as the next default, so one must be careful to reset their drink to original value when experimenting with various drink adjustments.
- Only way to truly get back to default drink customization settings is via a factory reset, which wipes out all profiles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very straight forward to use. Easy to clean. Easy to dial in a drink to your personal preference. Like the style of the machine and the color. As you can tell I’m super impressed by the KF8. If I had to be critical I’d request a larger water container. Also, after adding more beans not having to touch any of the beans when locking the bean basket into the machine. Neither one is a deal breaker and could add value if added later. Also, having a drink count and being able to dial in the drinks / edit profiles via an app could be more convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the machine but the two con I have with the system is the milk temperature and internet connectivity. The milk system is not hot at all. It's luke warm. I have to put it in the microwave to warm it up. Also, other newer machine can connect online to do an update. If the system can be updated over the air with they're drink programming would be a huge plus.
