Minimal effort with cafe style drinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m an avid coffee/latte drinker. I’ve had my fair share of espresso machines over the years. Currently using the Breville and Nespresso. Breville isn’t fully automated like this beauty is. Nespresso gets very expensive overtime after having buying the pods over the year I could have bought it over 10x. Anyhow needless to say this has a coffee/hopper so no having to buy new pods or grind the coffee yourself, this does it all. The aesthetic is gorgeous too, slim metal-clad construction. Another logistic it hold enough water and you can switch over to another coffee quickly as well. Easily to clean milk frother like you can actually take it to the sink to clean. The led panel lights up beautifully and at a touch of a button you’ve made cafe style drinks. ALL FULLY AUTOMATED!! I didn’t have to froth or grind the beans. This is going to save me an insane amount of money and with such little effort on my part. Btw it tells you when it’s time for a cleaning cycle and the bean hopper is removable too for easy cleaning. If you are a coffee lover or you’re looking to gift a coffee lover, they will love this machine.

Amazing quality coffee with a touch of a button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Espresso Machine is amazing! It is so easy to brew a a Coffee House quality cappuccino and the cleanup is simple. There are so many well thought out details that make this a superior cappuccino machine. The machine comes with a filter for the water tank and the tool to install and remove the filter doubles as a spoon for your coffee beans. Whole beans are automatically grounded when you make your drink and empty into the removable tray once the machine cleans itself. The removable tray is easy to clean. You are automatically reminded to clean the froth hoses if you make a milk based drink, and it walks you through the simple steps. I was so excited to receive this machine but had concerns it would be hard to maintain but maintaining it is so easy. The best part is that the coffee the machine makes is so simple to use, customizable, and provides so any options to brew your favorite cup of coffee. The coffee tastes amazing and fresh.

So many features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Espresso machine has so many features. You can make two cups at one time. There's a milk container that you can use plant based or whole milk in. And the machine will actually heat it to your liking for easy customization. There's so many recipes preloaded too. Lattes, Cappuccinos, and Espressos are just a few different ones. The machine has some amazing features too like an auto purge that cleans the beans between servings, a cleaning indicator that tells you when it's time to clean it, which it does itself, the milk frothing and heating features, and an easy to use touch screen. You'll feel like you have a small cafe right in your kitchen.

So easy to use!

BEWARE - YOU CANNOT RETURN FOR REFUND

My bad for not reading the return policy better, but you can't simply return this for a refund if you use it at all. Which is crazy, considering how would you know you'd want to return it if you don't try it first?
Milk drinks don't come out hot. And the latte setting doesn't have any foam at all. If you want to pay this money for a machine and have to either heat your milk prior or heat your finished drink, then you would be fine with this machine. Customer service told me it's designed to only be 120-125 degrees for milk drinks, which isn't hot at all? Very strange. It's also bitter shots no matter how I change the grind settings/strength. You have to hit a button 5 times to walk you through cleaning the milk unit, every time you use it. It's also not designed to have software updates, so what you have is what you get forever (vs other machines).
The latter of those are small inconveniences, which I'd happily deal with and get used to if the drinks were hot enough. I just don't see the point in paying this much for a machine that still requires me to heat up my drink manually when it's done. Other reviews state this as well, so do your research before buying.

The steps are easy to follow, the clean up is so easy, and the coffee options are fabulous! I love that you can choose to make 1 cup or 2, and save your brewing choices as you go. You can use beans or grinds and choose the strength you want. So many options to choose from. We made cappuccino and it was delicious. We tried regular brewed coffee and espresso too. So excited to set up a coffee bar at home with this sleek design.
