Bought two weeks and it has changed all my espresso and coffee habits. So many one touch features. Extra milk options. Self cleaning too! European Excellence! Way better than our Breville!

Simplicity means quality

Bought this as a replacement for our Jura ENA8. Unlike Jura, this machine allows you to pull out the brew unit and clean/wash it. No more moisture build up and moldy coffee grounds in/around the brew unit. Coffee customization is great. Interface is user friendly and easy to learn. I love the simplicity of this machine and the ease of cleaning the parts, including the milk rinse! I can actually make a cappuccino on a busy morning without feeling like it’s a 5 step clean up process. Coffee comes out home and really to drink. Expresso flavor is excellent!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money

Order mine OCT 2025 and now MAR 2026 is only works 1/3 of the time. It started out great but once we were past the return time is has gone down hill. Grind the beans and acts like it is making coffee but nothing comes out. Turn it off and back on and it might work or it might not.

Worth the price. Easy to clean. Everything is perfect with this product. I highly recommend to every coffee drinker. It also looks good in the kitchen. I want to get one for my in-laws now!

All in one coffee bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin with the products color is very aesthetically pleasing and easy to blend and match in with your kitchen appliances. The quality material feels thick enough and durable . The material is just a tiny delicate when it comes to fingerprints. I love that there are customizable options to set up your recipes . There are also two cup holders for this particular model. Compared to the k6 this one is shorter in height by a couple of inches , therefore would fit nicely into tight spots . This one also comes with the milk holder . It is not a loud machine at all . In case you do not already have recipes for your drinks it also comes with a book that helps you out with that! Perfect for coffee drinkers , cappuccino lovers, latte makers.

It is so much better than the expresso machine at the office as I can make the expresso to my own liking. It is easy to use and seems to be durable. I expect to have this machine for a long time.
