Amazing coffee! Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August as an early BD present to myself. It has transformed coffee in our house. We had a nice drip machine for many years, but even making a basic Americano is so much better than the drip coffee maker! The coffee is rich and flavorful. And the complex drinks are amazing, too. We now make espresso martinis!!!
The machine is easy to use and maintain. Literally push a button. It is very quiet for a grinder and espresso machine. It is expensive but worth it, and it could pay for itself as we use less coffee overall and buy fewer store-bought coffees.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago after comparing several espresso machines and settled for the KF8. I love, love this machine. It is everything I was looking for. Not only is it stylish and classy looking, its very easy to use. It is a little noisy but not extremely loud.

Customizing your coffee is a huge plus!

i bought this as i was looking to move my wife away from the plastic cups filled with who knows what. i typically drink good coffee at work but she was totally dialed into the K cup and i was drinking them on weekends. Bought this and have been using it for over a month now. She's a pretty picky drinker and having the ability to customize your personal beverage is huge. She loves it. i love it and look to coffee at home!

We were delightfully surprised how much we enjoy using this everyday. Originally we just intended to use this with guest and dinner parties. Now we use it everyday and even put our main brewing coffee maker away.

PFAS!

I used to love this product until I learned it carries multiple PFAS warnings. Please do your research and invest in another machine that is better for your health, especially if you plan on using it everyday. KitchenAid- do better and stop slowing poisoning your consumers with toxins. At least offer replacement parts if possible to limit the toxins,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In one week I went through 4 bags, 3 different roast levels, less oily beans good for superautomatics, and every shot is sour. If I grind finer very little coffee is dispensed and it seems most of the shot ends up in the drip tray. This happens on the lowest 2 grind settings. There is standing dirty water at the top of the brew unit at all times, and moisture builds up on the inside panel that doesn’t dry 24 hours later when I run it again. I empty the drip tray daily, and I still find moisture below it when it’s never overflowed. Frother is good, milk comes out at acceptable heat around 140 degrees for cappuccino with decent froth, but you can’t control froth level when you just want to add more milk (it seems you can really only do latte milk ad-hoc and not cappuccino. Something that could easily be fixed with firmware update but these aren’t connected so I’m not sure how that will work in the future. There is PFAS in the water filter which I didn’t realize before I bought. Cleaning and maintenance are the only bright spots so far, as I haven’t had one acceptable shot after tinkering with dose amounts, infusion levels, oz, and grind settings. I tried to return but since it was used I couldn’t and now I’m stuck. I don’t think I will ever buy a KA product ever again, or any of the whirlpool branded equipment after this.
