Excellent machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not express enough how wonderful this machine is. The convenience of having several types of coffee drinks at the touch of a button is amazing. Though the machine itself is somewhat pricey, I feel that it's worth it, especially if you are an avid coffee drinker . The machine is nice and sturdy and the ease of setup for this model was great because
it guided you with on screen instructions. It takes whole beans of ground and is able to set preferences once you find what you like so that you don't have to set every time. The only negative I found was that the machine is quite tall so if you have low cabinets it may not be easy to open the top if you choose to place it there. However, it does slide forward smoothly on the counter in order to load beans and ground coffee.

Ease of Use: It is amazingly easy to operate this machine. With just a few taps on the screen, I can select my favorite drink (13 options!!) and fine-tune it to perfection (strength, temperature, volume, and body). Plus, it is able to save my personalized settings.

Cleaning: The self-cleaning feature takes care of the dirty work…before and after brewing, including the frother. I have not yet completed the descaling process, which is recommended after extended use, but it appears to be equally easy to complete.
Size and Versatility: While is a bit larger than my coffee pot, I've found the machine fits nicely into a corner. And the fact that it replaces multiple appliances—like my old coffee maker, tea kettle, and espresso machine—makes it a worthy addition to my kitchen.
Flexibility: You can use pre-ground coffee or whole beans. And being able to adjust the grind fineness is a plus.
Speed and Design: I appreciate how quickly this machine delivers my caffeine fix (<1 min). Plus, it has easy-access water and coffee compartments, which make the whole process a breeze. I love that they have wheels on the back end, making it easy to maneuver!

Excellent drinks--easy to use and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one month of heavy use in making espresso, coffee, and milk based drinks, we are extremely happy with this machine. It is intuitive to use, self cleans and reminds you when programed cleaning is required. My wife said this espresso machine makes it so easy for her to make any of the drinks it is programed to make.

There are tons of options for different styles of coffee, strength, amount, etc. It does a pre-rinse when turned on and post rinse when turned off, which seems to use a good deal of water. Otherwise, this thing is pretty awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smooth brewing, built really sturdy, and brews amazing coffee. It’s like being at a coffee stand. I’m glad you don’t have to leave your home to enjoy a fancy coffee like Starbucks. You could even buy the actual beans they use. The steamer is cool you don’t need any thing extra. It’s on the inside even. Comes with recipes and cleaning tablets too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this espresso machine, it covers every drink I like to make. I can use beans to grind or add the already crush beans in the smaller pocket. It comes with easy to follow direction to use and recipes for the drinks I like. I love that it has a milk steamer and the machine also cleans itself after every use. This is a good quality machine. This has made my morning alot easier before work and I highly recommend it.
