Nice machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is definitely a learning curve here if you aren’t an espresso/coffee connoisseur! the machine is super easy to use and understand because everything you need to do is on the screen (even cleaning it). The only things I would improve are the instructions on the actual espresso beans/hopper. It seems idiot proof, but for someone like me I was a bit lost on the difference between espresso and coffee and how to use them. Also, you have to constantly have a cup or something under the spout because it turns off automatically and rinses itself every time it turns on/off.
Overall, we really like the machine and it’s fun to make fancy coffee drinks 🤗

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this in exchange for my honest review of the product, I was really excited to get this but also a little intimidated since ive never used an espresso machine before, the box it came in was HUGE! The machine itself is pretty big and heavy also. But this is the coolest coffee machine ive ever used! You can customize and change how much coffee or milk you want in certain drinks, change the strength of the coffee and even the temperature! Ans then you can add certain drinks to your own profile on the machine! You can use pre ground beans or whole coffee beans, I bought a bag of whole coffee beans to use with it and Its delicious! The machine also cleans itself and rinses itself out after each use! And after you use the milk frother you disconnect the tube and connect it to the machine itself and it even rinses out the tube for you!!! Pretty amazing. Thank you Influenster & KitchenAid for allowing me to test out this product! Im in love! 🤩

Delicious and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has replaced my daily Starbucks habit! The espresso tastes much better than Starbucks in my opinion, and the machine is so easy to use. Just push a button, and you have coffee. I love that it includes a container for milk and has a built in frother. I can make so many different drinks with it in addition to espresso, like hot lattes, iced lattes, iced shaken espresso, or I can even just get hot water for tea! I like that you can customize the grind and amount of water to get the perfect espresso every time. I was also impressed with the quality of the machine. All of the parts feel high quality and fit together well, which makes refilling the water tank and bean hopper nice and easy. Cleaning is quick and simple. I also appreciate that it’s pretty quiet for an espresso machine. All in all, this machine has drastically improved my morning routine, and I will continue to use it every day!

From the features to instructions and manual are very clear. Easy cleanup. Can use ground coffee or whole beans. Lots of coffee options to choose from. Can also adjust the temp and coffee intake. Came with milk tank and recipe book. Coffee tastes so good. Highly recommended to others.

Gourmet coffee without the gourmet price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is the coolest thing I've ever laid eyes on! There are multiple drink options pre-programmed. The recipe book is descriptive and well written. You can chose to use ground coffee or you can fill the hopper with whole beans and fresh ground coffee everytime you brew a beverage. The bottom tray collects the used "pucks" of coffee grounds and any excess fluid from rinsing or brewing. The cleaning options are "easy" or "complete". The milk container that connects to the dispensing head is a nice touch. I would totally recommend this machine for anyone who wants fancy coffee without paying the fancy price.

Best espresso machine that I've ever owned!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This of course is coming from a brand with a great reputation. It is glass very heavy duty large screen for coffee. Love the metal in a beautiful brushed stainless finish with a solid commercial grade portafilter, It's actually better than other coffee makers on the market.
And here is some information just in case you might don’t know:
My model KES8558 includes removable bean hopper, illuminated dispenser, cup clearance ( 3.5” to 5.4” ( 89-137mm) , 21 drink types, 6 user profiles, milk container, dual milk based beverages, alternative milk cycle and 5” touch screen!!! And you can fill water tank up to 2.2L and milk tank 0.8L

The machine is easy to operate, easy to maintain. This product has an easy to use touch screen display and is easily adjustable to your preferences. It also does well cleaning itself and giving you clear directions when something needs to be filled or emptied. It’s a great machine! I love having one machine that will do it all! You just have to read the directions . After some adjustments got the coffee to taste the way I like it.
I love this espresso maker so much!! It works so well and makes delicious espresso. It’s easy to use and I have absolutely no complaints about it. And don't worry if you don't know how to make coffee. because they give you a recipe book for almost every type of coffee you can name. All preset drinks can be customized.

Espressos for all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty awesome espresso machine! It has a grinder, milk frother, and it is well worth the price. Make sure to get a good quality bean that doesn't have oils on it, at least that's what the instructions said so that's what I did. I love coffee so this what very perfect for me.
