I think one of the features I love most is its sleep monitoring and fairly detailed analysis: it not only tells you how many hours you slept, but also the quality of your deep, light, and REM sleep, in addition to giving you an easy-to-understand daily score. I also like that it suggests when you should rest more or when your body is ready for a more intense workout.
The battery lasts for several days, which is practical because you don't have to charge it constantly, and the design is very comfortable; you literally forget you're wearing it. The least convenient aspect is the price and the subscription required to access all the features, which may not be ideal for everyone. Even so, if you're truly interested in improving your sleep habits and well-being, it's a very comprehensive tool, quite different from traditional smartwatches. Overall, it's a discreet, elegant, and very useful device if you want to take more serious control of your daily health without wearing a screen on your wrist.
