But oura 5 It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear all day and night, and the battery lasts several days on a single charge. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and has helped me better understand my sleep habits. I also love the activity tracking, readiness score, and women’s health insights. The app is easy to use and provides helpful recommendations based on my daily data. If you’re looking for a stylish and accurate health tracker without wearing a bulky smartwatch, the Oura Ring is definitely worth it! And way more lighter then 4
