The reason i give 1 star is because the useless support lie to me.
This is not forgivable in any kind, also its shows how poor is the training.

When turning on the light, select rainbow wave, + center in (or out), the most left column will have no light.
This is just a very small bug, i guess a firmware update can address it easily.
But the answer i get from support is "this is intent".

Oh dear, even after i point out the color will stay in pervious state right before set to this.
Anyway, after the legendary power play 2, this is another huge frustration and untrustworthy to the brand. I give up.
