Terrible quality

For a $100+ headphones the quality is terrible, you can feel out of the box how low quality those headphones are, the ear cups “material” feels cheap and uncomfortable, the mic if you use for business calls will make your voice sound weird… not worth $100 at all had to return due to terrible design and the mic issue.
Exchanged them for a previous older model with (2021 design award) the build quality of the older model (not noise canceling) is much sturdier, looks better, feels good and the ear material also feels like more work was put into them… why would JBL change the design for the next model… who knows but they screwed up big time! Why would you change something so great? Into a terrible new design on the next model?
Anyhow don’t buy this pair spend a bit more or get the previous version with the (Design award) written on the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ce casque d'écoute (et transmission) de JBL permet réellement la réduction du bruit ambiant facilitant les interactions verbales lors de vidéoconférences et offre une fort bonne qualité de rendu des plage musicales (champ de discrimination sonore) lors d'écoute de toute sorte de musique, du classique au plus contemporain.
