Good TV Weird Volume Control On Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need a Samsung account to use the tv. Not a big deal. The TV has a nice and vivid picture. The TV turns on fast. Everything works as it should. The sound is lackluster. Has decent sound but lacking in volume. A soundbar will fix that. For the negative the up and down volume control is on one side of the remote.,Took me hours of online searching to figure this out. I thought the volume was broken stuck on one setting. Worst volume control design ever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tv is pretty average in terms of television. The color is and picture quality are pretty nice. The sound is great when it works correctly. I’ve had issues with sound quality however. The sound tends to sound staticky/garbled at random times and this spans across all apps. Other than that I do enjoy this television.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi bxbyserena,
We appreciate you sharing your experience regarding an unusual sound coming from your TV. The cause may vary depending on where the sound is coming from and how your system is set up.
• If the sound is coming from your TV speakers, or if you're using an external audio device like a soundbar, please double-check that the audio cable is securely connected to the correct audio output on the external device. • If you're using an antenna or cable connection, a weak signal may result in sound distortion. You can check your broadcast signal level by going to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Broadcast Signal • If the sound seems to come from the back of the TV, it may be the result of thermal expansion or contraction of the outer casing. This can cause a soft popping noise and is considered normal - it does not indicate a malfunction, and your TV remains safe to use.
We also recommend running a Sound Test to check for audio issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test
If the issue continues or you’d like assistance, feel free to contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat and additional support resources are also available through the Support link on our website.

I brought home from a retailer my purchased 43" Crystal QLED tv 3 days ago. I'm taking it back tomorrow. I researched this/many other products for almost a month. I ended up disregarding the negative reviews for this one. A big mistake. I replaced my, much cheaper tv b/c it was disconnecting from the internet & turning off on it's own (after 10 years). This, much more expensive brand/tv, is doing it after 3 days. It took me over 3 hrs to watch a 2hr recorded movie b/c every time I fast forwarded through commercials, it lost internet connection, & the picture froze. I had to turn it completely off from the wall, wait & start again. It was not my internet, the older tv was working perfectly (& further from the internet source). A clearer picture & slightly better sound is not worth the extra cost or unreliablity. Please take seriously personal reviews & don't think, "this happens with all tvs at times."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Reviewer,
We appreciate your feedback. If your TV is having trouble maintaining a wireless connection, please try the following:
1. Distance matters – Keep your TV within 50 feet of your router. Avoid placing the router behind walls, furniture, or electronic devices. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices that may disrupt the signal. 3. Power cycle both devices – Unplug the TV and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. 4. Run diagnostics: o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi 5. Update firmware: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 6. Factory reset (if needed): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset
If you continue to experience issues, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat support and additional help are available at the ‘Support’ link on our website.
