Hi Difficult,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the available voice features for the U8000H. While the U8000H remote does not include a microphone for voice commands, the TV is compatible with Alexa through an external Alexa-enabled device, such as an Echo speaker. Once connected, you can use voice commands to control supported TV functions and compatible smart home devices.
Here are the steps:
1. Download both the Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings apps, if you don't already have them. Both are available for iOS or Android devices. 2. Make sure your Alexa device and TV are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 3. Your TV must be enabled within the SmartThings app. If not, make sure you are signed in with your Samsung account on the TV: Settings > All Settings > Samsung Account 4. Log in to the SmartThings app with the same Samsung account. Tap Devices, and if your TV isn’t already shown, tap + to add it to the app. 5. In the Alexa app, enable the SmartThings skill and sign into your Samsung account. This will automatically connect your Samsung TV to Alexa and let you use voice commands to control your television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the Samsung television that I bought, I had to return it the next day! Due to a black screen and I had to constantly Go to YouTube to figure out how to turn it back on and it never turned back on I use all the tips that were given to me ! The TV just was not for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is a bit larger than expected and is good! The remote is very tiny - exactly half the width of a regular cellphone. The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV! Very happy with the functions and quality of the TV! I believe I will stay with Samsung TVs on
