Clock Display Issue

I purchased this range because of oval burner and storage drawer. I am very happy with looks and operation of range with one glaring exception. After oven is preheated, temperature continues to be displayed rather than reverting to clock. I had to purchase small clock in order to track start time of baking. Timer is not practical if it shuts off oven when I only need to turn food, brush sauce, etc.

Good No Frill Gas Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good no frill bare bone gas range with two high output burners located in the front position, which is perfect since those are the best position for large pots and high heat cooking. I am also able to simmer broth, soups, and water on the low setting of the high output burners. I have not found a use for the middle burner since anything in that position will block the other burners.
The oven preheat quickly and bake evenly from rear to front, but do have hot spots on the sides since that is where the heat comes up from the bottom oven burner. The top broil element is electric. The bottom storage drawer is wide and glides smoothly. I am able to store a large roasting pan, two brownie pans, a broiling pan (all nested), and a roasting rack (strategically positioned).
One star deducted for the following flaws:
1. Constructed of thin flimsy sheet metal panels with sharp edges (especially the back panel). Stove is light so the heavy grates will keep it from blowing away in the breeze.
2. Grates sits too high above the burners, so more heat is loss through the side.
3. Control panel is flimsy and will not last more than 5 years if you use the oven frequently.
4. No timer on the control panel. It does have cook time which will turn of the oven when the time expires, so it is not ideal for baking multiple batches.
5. Oven light does not automatically turn on when oven door is opened. You have to use the light button on the control panel, which is difficult to do with oven mitts on.
6. Oven out of the box was 25F degrees too hot (calibrated with Thermoworks smoker thermometer). Luckily, the oven can be calibrated -35F to +35F in the settings.

Very nice Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice range the only downfall is the fact that when you are buying a gas range the do not tell you that they changed the back of it and it does not fit flush against the wall. The old one has a 3 to 4-inch pocket in the back so it would fit over the gas valve. The new ones all the new gas ranges do not have that pocket. So you will either have to call a plumber to put the valve back into the wall or live with it sticking out about 3 to 4 inches past the cabinets just know that when buy a new Gas range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t put into use yet. It is built very well the stainless steel is great looking bought a griddle for the middle burner Will be using it soon can’t wait to use the griddle for some flap jacks very happy with Frigidaire appliances

Great all around oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it for a little while but so far works great. A big upgrade from my old Kenmore that I had for over 20 years. Took a while to get used to the controls. We like the full grate over the burners and the two front burners heat up the water kettle quickly. The oven is great and like the storage drawer on the bottom.
