Great stove, very functional.

I originally planned to by the front panel model but ordered this one by mistake, but having the back panel hasn't really changed much for me and it was $300 cheaper. A couple of things to note: The big burner is closer to the front that you might think, so be careful to use large pots close to the front of the grate. The griddle cooks well directly over the burner, but it will leave things undercooked on the extremes. Also, you might want to season the griddle. The broiler is ELECTRIC. This surprised me. It works just fine, but I didn't expect an electric element. I've used the steam bake function many times and it works fantastically.
