[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the new range for a week. It has some issues. The front knobs are very easy to accidently turn on. If you reach over them they turn just enough to let gas out but not enough to ignite. So now I'm more careful reaching over.
The middle grill is a waste, too small for family use. Sandwiches are fine, but not big enough for pancakes. The set up of the grates is odd. Because of the middle griddle, the other burners aren't centered. The grates are very heavy.
The oven is fine so far. Still learning how all the different things work with that, Convection, Airfryer, Regular, probe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is excellent! I didn’t think we would end up using the middle griddle section, but I was wrong. My wife loves it! The whole unit looks very professional and stylish. We also love the black stainless steel color.
The one downside that my wife had complained about is how raised up the burner grates are. They do obviously get hot and it can be easier to accidentally touch one.

Love it so far - broiler is weak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven and stovetop work great. We love the griddle. I have not tried the air fryer setting yet. The broiler is weak and is an electric element instead of gas which, I do not understand that choice.

Feeling Diappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new Frigidaire Gallery gas range for a month. It works as it should but cleaning the range top where the burners are is a nightmare. First, problem I had issues with when taking apart to clean, the burners are hard to get back on if not exactly lined up. Secondly, no matter how much I clean the surface and polish it, it always look blurry or smeary. Thirdly, the grates have scratch marks from the cooking pots and therefore leave white marks which will not clean up. Fourthly, the grates have already started scratching the surface which is only going to add to the appearance of looking cheap.
