Can't Beat Convection Ovens

Gas w/convection baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is very nice but there are two things I’m disappointed in. 1) when you broil on high, it does not put out near as much heat as other ovens. 2) I bought the seven specifically for convection baking as I run a cookie bakery. It does have a small fan to do the convection oven part, however, the fan is so small that it doesn’t bake cookies like a real convection oven wood.

Love my stove

We lived for years in an apartment with a very nice induction cook top that I learned to cook pretty well with, but there’s nothing like cooking with gas on my new Frigidaire. I love the quality. It feels great to be cooking again.
