[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like is that it is simple to use. What it replaced was more complex and things were always going wrong. (No it wasn't a Frigidair.) I know it does things I haven't tried yet but I will get around to it. For example, I bake at least once a week but keep it simple, classic family recipes and they come out perfectly. Keep it simple.
