Big Hits & A Couple Big Misses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIG HITS: All burners cook very evenly without any hot spots. Yay! The oven also cooks very evenly from front to back, top to bottom - especially in convection mode, of course. The control panel is very simple and minimalist. Burner control knobs are large, heavy, and very clearly marked. The overall build quality appears to be quite good except the issue listed below.
A COUPLE BIG MISSES: The bottom drawer is terribly cheap and flimsy; and the finger groove to pull the drawer out nests UNDER the stove door...so, you can't even get to it unless you leave the bottom drawer cracked open all the time. You have to bend or kneel all the way down there to pull the drawer open from its side, otherwise. I usually just use my foot to open it from the side. HOW does such poor design even happen? Manufacturers are fully aware that 99.9% of people use this drawer to store all types of kitchenware versus using it as a "warming drawer." Ludicrous.
Something that has driven people crazy for YEARS is the fact that when you use up/down arrows to set a timer or oven temp, what always happens? Yes...when you go to make a larger numerical adjustment, you hold the button in, the numbers begin slowly increasing a little at a time, and then what? BOOM! 1,000 MPH number increases. So painful. Either give me a numerical keypad or SLOW it down a bit when holding in an arrow key! Sure...these are first-world problems; but why can't they simply get all of it right after decades of manufacturing and feedback from millions of customers?
