Happy with our purchase

We’ve had it a month or so now. My husband made bread yesterday and it turned out great. I bought the air fryer basket/rack also and we’ve used that several times. It really needs a third rack to be sold as standard. We haven’t tried the pizza oven aspect yet. The different sizes of burners are a huge upgrade from my last stove where they were all the same size. Easy to clean the top/burners but I haven’t tried the oven cleaning settings yet.

Good Product With Lots of Options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with this oven. The stone-baked pizza function is incredible. We've used it a couple of times now. My one complaint with the pizza stone function is the amount of space you have to work with. It's a tight fit, and so it's a little tricky to slide the pizza off the peel onto the stone. Seems like if you raise the peel to more than a 15 degree angle, you'll be at risk of the pizza rubbing up against the top heating element. I wish there was a little more room to work with.
Beyond that, I've used several of the other cooking functions, including the air frier, air sous vide, dough proofing, and cooking probe. I really love the versatility and like being able to use all the functions! I used the probe to cook a prime rib for Christmas. I like that it shows the internal temperature of whatever you're cooking right on the front display. I don't like that you can't set it to a temperature below 140 degrees. I used a secondary food probe, as I like to pull my prime rib at about 120 degrees (the temp will continue to climb as you let it rest). I noticed there was about a 10-degree difference between the oven food probe (it recorded a higher temp) and the secondary one I was using. The difference in temperature could be because of where I inserted the oven food probe.
As for the gas range, I like that the oven came with both a middle grate and a middle flat cast-iron cook top for things like pancakes. My one complaint is that it's pretty narrow. It's not really big enough to cook a good-sized steak if one wanted to. If it was expanded another inch or two would be better. My one gripe about this oven is the bottom right burner (the one with the most btu's). I notice that it has a hard time lighting, especially if I have the oven or other burners on. It's the only burner that I have trouble with. Once it's lit, it works well, but I don't like that I have to use a match to get it to light, especially for being brand new.
In all, I give this oven 4 out of 5 stars. It's a good piece of engineering. If one could dial in some adjustments, I think it would be even better. I look forward to using it for many years. My hope is that it will stand up well for that length of time.

Love our new Frigidaire Range/Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed our new range/oven just in time for family to visit for the holidays. Really ran the range and oven through its paces. Used the griddle for breakfast french toast, the pizza stone and programs for homemade pizza which came out great, and the probe and roast program for our reverse-sear prime rib dinner which was fantastic. Love the over-sized and contiguous grates and griddle which allows us to slide pans to different locations on the range without having to lift. The super-wide range of heat levels on both the range and oven are extremely useful. The cooking programs and display are easy to understand and use. It is a joy to have in the kitchen and we think a real find for the price.
