Issue after issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove came with a small scratch in it, no big deal. Then it was extremely loud when operating and a fan needed to be replaced. Then the digital screen stopped working and requires to be unplugged and plugged back in occasionally. Then the thermometer feature stopped working.
It has lots of power, burner controls are solid and allow for good fine-tuning to meet your cooking needs. It looks nice. The greats are extremely heavy duty. The flat skillet is a really nice option.
Now, if it would only work :)

- Restore power and check if the display stabilizes
This can often clear electronic glitches affecting the control board.
2. Check for Loose Power Connection
- Ensure the power cord is fully seated in the outlet
- If hardwired, verify connections are secure (a loose neutral can cause intermittent display issues)
3. Control Lock / Demo Mode Check
- Make sure the unit is not in “Demo Mode” or “Control Lock”
- Refer to your user manual for the button combination to toggle these settings
4. Temperature Probe / Sensor Check
- If using a probe, ensure it is fully inserted and not damaged
- Try removing and reinserting it, or testing without the probe if applicable
5. Software/Control Board Reset Behavior
- Since you mentioned needing to unplug and replug occasionally, this may indicate a control board instability. If the issue returns after resets, it may require service inspection of the main control board or wiring harness.
