Burners head not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased this Frigidaire gas range and have only used it a few times. Unfortunately, during the very first hour of use, we noticed that the burner heads became badly stained. It was disappointing to see such visible wear and staining so quickly, especially on a brand-new appliance.
We are really disappointed with the quality of the materials used. The overall design looks good, but the durability—at least for the burner parts—does not meet expectations. Given the price point of this range, I would have expected much higher quality materials that could better withstand normal cooking conditions.
I would rate this appliance 3 out of 5 stars. It functions, but the material quality and value for the price are not where they should be.

Gorgeous, but insanely flawed design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, it looks AWESOME. But it's been two days and I already see two major issues/flaws. 1) The product says it is "smudge proof". It is not. It hasn't even been used yet, and there are fingerprints and smudges all over the front of it and they are not easily wiped off. Not entirely sure when the "smudge proof" technology kicks in. 2) The cast iron grates look fantastic, BUT they scratch the appliance because the little rubber pads that are provided do not actually cover the parts that TOUCH the stovetop. This oven looks SO NICE, but these two design flaws are pretty big flaws.... over time, the cast iron grates will tear up the cook top. To be safe, I even added my own rubber "feet" as protection, but there are still other parts of the grates that I can't protect that will inevitably touch the gorgeous stainless cooktop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find that this tove has all the features, 6 gas burners, air fryer and no preheat needed. I am enjoying cooking on a gas stove after cooking on an electric stove for years. It has easy turn on and off knobs .

Rich look, great performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of this range, especially the large oven cavity, large glass door and sliding rack for easy removal of cooked items. The cooktop is super easy to clean and looks great if you want the stainless steel showing over a black top. I do not particularly like the super small drawer under the oven, it's too small for pots or pans and just fits the cast iron griddle for storage. I also wish the grates had better bumpers as you can scratch the stainless if not careful. All in all I love the functions for backing/roasting, the steam option and clean option.

Expected more for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and we have not tested all functions just yet, but right off the top a couple of issues that ruined it for us to completely enjoy it: 1. It would have been great if the gas line position was integrated in the design, it did fit perfectly with our previous stove to slide it all the way to the wall, with this one your line better be on the floor otherwise it created a 3" gap in the back, that looks and feels horrible, and changing where our gas line comes from would cost probably more than the stove. 2. Another minor but still very annoying "feature": the middle digit of the degrees number is missing the top segment. It's like: didn’t we pay enough to get the full number?! If you can look over these couple of things - amazing!

You need to use aluminum foil and parchment paper on a cookie sheet under air fry basket when using air fry to avoid oven smoking. Not impressed with the steam clean as it doesn't get hot enough to clean anything. Otherwise so far its working well.

As for the steam clean, it’s true that this function usually doesn't get as hot as a self-cleaning cycle. It's more for light cleaning, like loosening up grease or food residue, but it doesn’t offer the deep clean that a full high-heat cycle would provide. If it’s not working as expected, it might be worth trying to run the steam clean with the oven at a higher temperature or after wiping down the surface lightly.
