Great stove poor knobs

Stove works and looks great. Love the simmer burner but the lettering on the knobs are small especially the oven knob. The font is thin and smarty small. The contrast could be better as well. I like all the options and six stovetops burners. Maybe you can make some better knobs and send me a set and all would be well. Just a set of oven knobs would help. You can see the burners so you can adjust as needed.

A Working Chef’s Take on Our New Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a new 30″ Frigidaire Professional gas range, and it has quickly found its rhythm in our kitchen.
As a chef by profession I cook with my senses as much as with recipes. This range has six burners, and the front-right burner stands out — it runs hotter and heats faster, the kind of flame you reach for when timing matters and you need a pan ready now. It responds quickly and holds steady, which makes everyday cooking feel more intentional and less rushed.
The cooktop is laid out in a way that feels natural to work with. The removable cast-iron center grill plate is solid and well made, and extremely heavy, perfect for grilled sandwiches, pancakes, or a quiet morning breakfast — small, satisfying moments in the day.
The oven offers more baking options than I’ve ever had at home. Beyond regular bake, there’s convection bake and convection roast, along with steam cook and slow cook, which I haven’t explored yet but appreciate having available. So far, the heat has been even and dependable — exactly what you want when you’re baking bread, roasting vegetables, or cooking for people you love.
Overall, this range feels like a true workhorse — sturdy, responsive, and built for regular daily use. It’s also a beautiful, and professional looking stove which I am extremely pleased to have at the center of my kitchen. A well-made appliance that shows up every day and does its job well, and that’s exactly what I was looking for.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using an Electrolux Icon gas top/electric oven for the last 10 years and never thought about an all gas range. We had an opportunity to try this Frigidaire Professional all gas range and what an upgrade on the oven it is over electric, totally understand why professional chefs prefer all gas now. The temp control of the oven is unmatched and the air fry option and basket is awesome! The top is great with 6 burners with the 2 front burners putting out some serious BTUs, and we in particular love the griddle insert for Sunday pancakes! The top is easy to clean and the controls are intuitive which is nice with young chefs in the house. Haven’t tried the steam bake yet, but look forward to trying based on other reviews.

Nice looking, but not user friendly

It is a nice looking range. The controls to set a timer are awful though. You have to manually click (+) or (-) to add minutes rather than an array of numbers to just click. Another review said burners can get crowded, which negate the point of having 6 burners on a 30" wide range. Something I now know moving forward in life. The actual burners get filthy, and god forbid you spray oil on the burner rings then turn on a flame it gets cooked in and discolors the stainless. The only effective way to clean this is to use a steel wool brillo pad. ALSO.... when setting the over temperature, you cant go between degrees. It quite literally only allows you to go from 350, 375, 400, 425, 450, 475..... makes no sense.
Otherwise... it looks nice

This is a great stove
