[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this refrigerator! I have had the professional series for a very long time, so this was a no brainer for us. We previously purchased the individual full size fridge and freezer 14 years ago. Moved those to the garage and replaced them with this gem of a product! Was excited to have ice and water in the door and the separate drawer that we keep stocked with our favorite beverages. Fantastic Purchase!

I know where ever thing is and the middle draw is my favorite drawer. The two difference ice makers are great for our ice loving family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New refrigerator so wasn’t sure if I would like it. Had to for a week really like it. The custom flex drawer is really nice. I don’t like the two snack drawers. Would rather have that space taken out and have more refrigerator space. I also like the handle on the refrigerator and the looks of the refrigerator.

Ice dispenser throws ice all over the place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in June and overall its fine. BUT the ice and water dispenser area is awful. First of all I paid this much money and had to but a rubber drip tray insert. Penny pinching. My main issue is that the ice goes everywhere...cubed or crushed. I have to use a big wide mouth jar to prevent this and pour off of it or I end up with ice on my wood floor. Who needs this? My 23 yr old KA side by side had 2 sections: Ice and water and never did that.

Great feature set

The dual ice maker means we never run out, even when entertaining, and the drink drawer keeps everyday grab-and-go items at the front where the kids can reach them without digging through shelves. The app notification when a door's left open has already saved us from a couple of warm-milk mishaps. What really sets it apart from competitors we looked at is the layout flexibility — the interior configures to fit awkward items instead of forcing us to rearrange everything around it. Overall, a smart, well-designed fridge that fits neatly into a counter-depth footprint without sacrificing capacity.
