[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a fantastic experience from start to finish—from the excellent delivery to the outstanding quality of the product itself. After trying five different brands over the past fifteen years, we finally found the perfect fit.
This is truly a high-end, professional-grade model from a top-tier brand. The experience started with the delivery team, who were exceptional. They carefully installed the refrigerator, took their time explaining the features, and tested everything to make sure it worked perfectly.
The refrigerator itself is incredibly quiet and features dual ice makers. Our previous brand sounded like an airport every time it made ice, so the difference is remarkable. The storage capacity is also outstanding, with plenty of shelves and thoughtfully designed storage areas.
It keeps produce fresh and drinks perfectly cold. The water and ice dispenser work flawlessly, and everything inside is well organized and easy to find.
The build quality is excellent. The doors and shelves feel strong and solid, giving the whole unit a durable, premium feel. In our custom kitchen, the sleek design really stands out. The smudge-proof, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish has a beautiful shine and always looks clean.
It’s now the first thing you notice when you walk into the kitchen. The combination of pocket and bar handles makes opening and closing smooth, quiet, and effortless, reflecting the overall exceptional quality.
We truly can’t recommend this product enough and look forward to our next purchase.

Great Refrigerator…App, not so much

The App does the basics but could do a lot more. Would be nice if they would add additional features, such as independent control of ice makers.

New fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the refrigerator. The flex drawer is great. The soft close doors take a little getting used to, but overall, I like it so far. The only drawbacks are that the control panel for the water/ ice dispenser isn’t backlit, so it’s difficult to see the controls in the dark to know if you’re getting water or ice, etc. the other issue is the lower ice maker in the freezer drawer is pretty slow to produce ice. I’ve had it 10 days and the bin is finally just now ful.
