Solid Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I’ve been living with the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a bit now, and I’ve got some thoughts. If you’re looking for the short version: it’s an absolute beast of a phone that just almost hits that perfect 5/5. I’m landing at a 4 out of 5, and here’s why. First off, the Galaxy AI features are no longer just a gimmick; they actually feel like a true co-pilot. Nudge: This is the standout for me. It basically watches what’s on your screen and suggests actions. If you’re looking at a text about dinner, it’ll proactively pull up your calendar or suggest a restaurant nearby. It’s spooky-smart but genuinely helpful. Privacy Display: This is a hardware-software flex. It uses the new display tech to obscure your screen from "shoulder surfers" at certain angles. If you’re on a crowded train or hanging out at a coffee shop, it’s a game-changer for keeping your business private. Photo Magic: The AI-powered photo editing is twice as fast as last year. Moving people around in shots or erasing photobombers feels instant now.
The Catch: Battery Drain Here’s where that 1-star deduction comes in. Despite the chip being more efficient on paper, I’ve been noticing some frustrating battery drain. Maybe it’s the "always-on" nature of the new AI features or the Privacy Display tech, but I’m finding myself reaching for a charger by early evening more often than I’d like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung continues with their ability to put out quality and versatile phones. My Galaxy does everything from document/spreadsheet review to weekend photographs for the family albums and even gaming. The built in features on this phone make it a powerhouse straight out of the box and with unlimited customization options, this phone really let's you make it a part of you. On top of all that, Galaxy AI has become my personal assistant in my pocket. It is powerful and capable for all needs. Samsung continues to lead the charge in high capability tech and in doing so wil ensure that I will continue to be a loyal fan for a long time.

Almost Perfect phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the S23 Ultra and this is nearly a perfect device. The Galaxy AI features for photos is wonderful. I'm able to create lovely artistic looking portraits instantaneously. My favorite media feature however is the landscape lock for videos. It's like having a gimbal built into the phone. Battery life is excellent, but it honestly doesn't matter with how fast the phone charges. Another standout feature is the privacy screen, I recommend using a double press of the power button as a shortcut to turn it on and off. I am sure there are plenty of features i still havent discovered. The only thing I think the S26 Ultra is missing is magsafe built in. Other than that, I don't know how else they can make it better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from my previous phone (S22 Ultra) to the S26 Ultra has been a comparison of night and day. The gradual improvements generation over generation have been remarkable to the responsiveness of the OS, the quality of the screens and the powerful hardware packed under the hood. Regular tasks feel instantaneous compared to the more, to put it politely, methodical speeds of my previous device. I'm normally not one for utilizing AI features on phones, but with how responsive and smart Galaxy AI is to this device, it feels like a seamless addition to an already stellar device
