The Beginning of Innovation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung S26 Ultra is a great step in the right direction. The increased ram, optimized Galaxy AI, and new privacy screen show that Samasung is listening to users and their concerns. Users want the innovative, forward thinking, and consumer focused Samsung of old. In my day-to-day I use my device for watching videos and reading. With the animations and new UI it brings me back to the nostalgic feeling when I got my first Samsung phone. All while having the powerful utility of modelers phones and advanced AI. This is a return to form for Samsung and I'm hopeful a return of innovation for the company.

I got my very first Samsung when the Note came out, and I have always been a huge fan. Every electronic in my house is Samsung. This will be the last. I have had nothing but issues with this phone since I got it. The phone will randomly shut off, and I have to do a hard power on to get it to come back on. It does not like to charge and will shut itself off once it hits between 65 and 70% charged. They have nothing set up to handle issues, and the only thing you can do is send your phone off to them and be without a phone for however long it will take for them to fix it and ship it back to you. The other option is going through Care+, which from what I was told will charge you. I am beyond sickened by what has happened to Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
