Good, not great. Simple tweaks would improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been so divided about a device in my entire life.
I LOVE some of the features introduced with this phone - most notably the privacy screen. It works very well and is a spectacular upgrade. The Galaxy AI works great, and the battery life is very good.
I upgraded to the S26 Ultra from the S24 Ultra. A few things I don't like about the newer version are the shape - the square corners of the S24 Ultra just felt much more premium. I miss some of the stylus functionality as well - major downgrade there. The rounded corners means the stylus is rounded, and it makes it much more susceptible to being accidentally depressed (and has fallen out several times.
I would probably give 3.5/5 if that were an option, but I can't give it 4/5. I don't have buyers remorse per se, but it's not as great as if hoped.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, June 19, 2026
Hey there Rinkra, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. We understand how disappointing it can be when your device is not meeting your expectations in appearance or features. We do recommend protective cases on all devices that can help in those instances you mention the S Pen accidentally being depressed and coming out of the device when not wanted. We have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team to assist you if you are in need of accessories, or have any questions about your new device. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing phone for concerts. The camera has an amazing range and helps keep those wonderful memories. Best phone Samsung offers. Definitely a buy. Galaxy AI is so fun when you create pictures in notes and get them polished up! Definitely so much value.

The Bold S26 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI defined for the future. AI makes this phone more futuristic than any of its predecessors by bringing you real life answers at just your finger tips. My galaxy adventure began with a phone high enough for me to see to play my game on the go and has turned into my life go to for work school personal and play. The graphics and speed of this device alone are enough handle anything you throw at it. From accessing my Google Drive to managing email even video conferences. The cons the privacy screen was a great addition but still needs work. It makes the screen so dim in daylight outside use it is almost impossible to use for me with vision issues.

Great device for the long run!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the Samsung galaxy S24, I had no idea how much of an upgrade it was. From better support with Galaxy AI to a better battery, bigger screen, faster processor and the new built in privacy screen it's like going to another country. This device is so good that when using or holding other phones(either android or ios) i simple can't use it and have to go to my Samsung galaxy S26 ultra because of how good it is. I plan to use this phone for all its updates and then some because I feel you can't get better then this and it will take a long time to do so but even then ill still use this phone. Everything is buttery smooth, runs perfectly and and the Ai both Galaxy and Gemini does things far better then other AI. Truly this phone can't be beat,it's the perfect phone for me
