[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like the mostis the smooth performance even when using the eco mode. The battery lasts in that mode even with playing processor hungry games for a full day.
Regardingthe photography I see a big performance increase vs my older S24 Ultra, which was already pretty satisfying. The zoom capabilities are impressive and the lenses deliver what was promised.
Using AI to manipulate my pics is fast an fun, especially the multi select feature.
What I liked better with the S24 Ultra was the square form. I also would like to see a smartview case as it existed for the S24 Ultra.
All in all I love the new phone though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is great on this phone. I've used the photo edit features from Galaxy AI and it works great. The phone is light and super fast. Probably the best Galaxy phone put out by Samsung so far. Galaxy AI is really fast and accurate.

The best phone yet!

My favorites are instant translations, Galaxy AI, first time using Bixby, and first time getting a really cool color phone. Camera is so clear. So vibrant. I can't believe I waited so many years to upgrade, but 1000% worth it!

The Galaxy AI features are actually useful on a daily basis to highlight important notifications and make relevant suggestions for content. The privacy screen is also practical and appreciated. Best phone ever!

Worth the upgrade

But I see now how much faster, clearer, and awesome this phone is. Just started using AI and I'm blown away. The wait to upgrade my phone was and is well worth it.

Work & School
This is my primary workstation. The S Pen is still the GOAT for jotting notes in meetings or highlighting PDFs for school, but Galaxy AI is the real MVP. Note Assist is a total lifesaver; I can record a 45-minute lecture or a messy work sync, and the AI spits out a perfectly organized summary in seconds. No more re-listening to hours of audio. Plus, Call Screening is incredible—if I’m in a quiet library, I can see a live transcript of a call and type a response for the AI to read out loud.
Gaming & Streaming
When I finally get a break, I’m usually gaming or watching sports. I play a lot of Genshin Impact and Call of Duty Mobile, and this phone doesn’t even break a sweat. Even on max settings, it’s buttery smooth, and the new cooling system keeps it from turning into a hand-warmer. The screen is honestly better than my TV; whether I’m catching a game on the train or binging a series in bed, the colors are punchy and clear even in direct sunlight.
The Verdict
The S26 Ultra is a beast. It’s a serious investment, but it handles the jump from "work mode" to "relax mode" better than any device I’ve owned. If you practically live on your phone, this is the one.
