This phone has the absolute WORST battery life of any phone I can remember since before I had the S10+ (and honestly, I don't think any of the ones I had before that had a worse battery but I don't really remember that far back) I've had it since it first launched (had a pre-order) so I know it's not because the system hasn't settled down. And it's not due to an update because it's been terrible since the beginning.
The other thing I hate is the giant camera bump. On my last phone (an S23U), the bump was much smaller, and was flush with the case I had on. This one wont lay flat with most cases which is annoying, but the real problem is it doesn't sit right on a lot of the flat wireless chargers, and doesn't keep charging. And because the camera "stack" extends down so far, it also means that if you have a magnetic case, the only chargers or other accessories, like a wireless magnetic power bank don't fit if they extend outside the ring of magnets.
I truly regret "upgrading" to this phone.
The privacy display is handy in some public situations though.

I absolutely LOVE my Samsung 26ultra, but HATE that you can no longer use your stylus as a remote for your camera! I take so many pictures, and now i miss so many because of this update. I don't get it, why would Samsung go backwards from the service they already had???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. My phone is basically my office, planner, camera, content studio, and entertainment device all in one, so I need something that can keep up. This phone does exactly that.
The display is gorgeous and makes everything look sharp and vibrant. Whether I'm creating content, watching videos, reading, taking notes, or working on my business, everything feels smooth and responsive. The camera quality is amazing too.
