Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with it. The first thing you notice is the huge screen. The 6.9-inch display looks amazing—bright, sharp, and super smooth with the 120Hz refresh rate. Watching videos, browsing, or even just scrolling through apps feels really nice on it.
Performance has been excellent so far. Everything feels fast and smooth, and I haven’t noticed any lag even when multitasking or using heavier apps. The battery life is also very solid. With normal use, it easily lasts me a full day without worrying about charging.
The camera system is one of the best parts of the phone. The 200MP main camera captures a lot of detail, and the zoom works surprisingly well. I’ve been able to take great photos in both daylight and low-light situations without really having to think about settings.
One feature I’ve actually been enjoying is Galaxy AI. It adds a lot of helpful little tools that make the phone feel smarter. The AI photo editing is fun and useful, and some of the suggestions and automation features make everyday tasks a bit easier.
If I had to mention a downside, it’s definitely the size and price. It’s a big phone and not the easiest to use with one hand, and it’s definitely a premium device.
Overall though, the S26 Ultra feels like a true flagship. Great screen, excellent camera, strong battery life, and the Galaxy AI features make it feel like a really modern smartphone experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the upgrades in the new S26 ultra. It's comfortable. It's easy to use the functions and the features are a gold star, scratch that platinum star. Everything feels so sleek and smooth. The buttons, the swiping, the switching between different apps and windows. The a I suggestion much needed improvement from the previous versions. Not to mention the built in privacy screen is incredible i function all phones should have.

It's good but feels like a stepback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S26 Ultra is a capable phone — there is no question about that. Performance is fast, the display is gorgeous, and battery life is genuinely excellent for heavy users who push their devices hard across work, travel, and media consumption. Day-to-day reliability is solid But here is the honest problem: this feels like a software release disguised as a hardware upgrade. The camera improvements are marginal at best — incremental refinements that most users will never notice in real-world conditions.
The battery capacity has barely moved in several generations. Yes, the chip efficiency gains are real, but at some point consumers deserve actual hardware progression, not just smarter software squeezing more from aging specs.
The biggest issue is build quality feel. The S24 Ultra had a premium, substantial feel in hand. The S26 Ultra feels comparatively cheaper — like Samsung prioritized cost reduction over the tactile experience that defined the Ultra line. That is a meaningful regression for a flagship device at this price point.
Samsung continues to lean heavily into AI features as the headline story. Some are useful. Most feel like marketing filler to justify an upgrade cycle.
Candidly, if the trade-in offer had not been as strong as it was, this would not have been a worthwhile purchase coming from the S24 Ultra. The value proposition at full price is hard to defend.
Good phone. Uninspired upgrade.

First Impression

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken a dive into the Galaxy AI in the first couple of days. It hasn't disappointed once. No need for chat GPT, the AI helps with adding articulation to your writing and detailed explanation on any problem you asked. I'll need another week or two to really dig deep on its other functions. The private screen setting is a game changer, kids stopped asking me what I'm doing since they can't see. Winning

Big Upgrade 26
on March 16, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from my S24 to the S26 and definitely see major upgrades. The privacy screen is one of my favorite features on the phone. I don't have to work about people on the train seeing messages. Galaxy Ai feature on this phone is lightyears ahead of its time. So shocking on how quick and accurate it could be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still learning all of the new features with this phone. The Galaxy ai has made it so easy to learn the new features.
it has helped me with doing quick math at work, also able to listen to music and able to hear the ambient sound which is nice.
Awesome phone!
