S-Pen downgrade

This is the first time I have upgraded my phone in the Samsung Ultra line and have been severely disappointed with my purchase. My main feature that I love about the Ultra phones in the past was the ability to take a photo with the S-Pen. I have shown this feature to everyone I knew and we all loved it to the point that my phone was the phone all of us used for group photos because of this feature. I had friends with phones from competitor brands even jealous of this feature. However, less than 24 hours with my S26 Ultra and I tried to use my S-Pen only to find that the feature no longer exists. I do not appreciate the fact that features were taken out of the phone for something that should have been an actual upgrade and not a downgrade which is what I feel this phone has become. I was on with customer service to figure out why the feature wasn't working only to find that it was designed this way. I spoke to I believe 2 representatives and they were both very kind and helpful and I did tell them my frustrations were not with them, it was with the phone and company. Now that I know that the feature has been removed from the phone, I did try looking to see where this was advertised that S-Pen features were removed but did not see it. The 'waving' feature for a selfie is not a sufficient replacement for the removal of the S-Pen benefit and it does not work at all if I have the camera facing the other direction. I do not understand why Samsung would take away features on the S-Pen and still sell it as an 'upgrade' when it no longer performs beneficial features of previous versions. I am not happy with my purchase and I will be replacing for a cheaper model or even seeing if I can buy a refurbished S24 Ultra somehow because there is no point in paying more money for a downgraded product.

Amazing speed, picture quality, performance

I love that I get notified if I get too far away from the pen, so I don't leave it behind and lose it. The picture and video unreal with the awesomeness. The battery life is much better than expected, with heavy use the battery still lasts all day.

Best galaxy phone

My experience with the camera has been nothing short of extraordinary; the 200MP main sensor captures breathtaking clarity in daylight, night shots come out crisp and noise-free, and the telephoto zoom lets me grab sharp, distant details that no other phone can touch. Great phone with cool features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from the S24 to the S26 Ultra because I wanted the better camera, bigger size and longer battery life. I love the 26 Ultra! It's got a great battery life, especially cause I keep it on power save mode a lot so it lasts me like a day and a half on full charge which is nice. The camera is incredible. I took some awesome pictures of the full moon like a month back and the camera is really high def. I also love the built in privacy feature. Makes me feel secure.
