Mobile network issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While driving, the mobile network disconnects and reconnects repeatedly about every five minutes, and eventually I get a message saying that the SIM card has been disconnected. I already replaced the SIM card with a new one, but the same issue occurred. I also switched to eSIM, and the same problem still happens. It seems like it might be a phone issue. Even after changing the network mode to 4G, the problem persists. I have also tried resetting the network settings and performing a factory reset, but the issue still continues.
I have used Samsung phones my entire life, and I never had any problems until the S25 Ultra. Because of the issue with my current phone, I had to return it and order a new one.
The most frustrating part is that I have to buy new screen protectors and camera protectors again, and I also have to set everything up all over from the beginning. This takes a lot of time and effort.
I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and the time I have lost, but Samsung.com is not offering any support or compensation

The camera bump is a accident waiting to happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not had much of a chance to use the S26 Ultra, as the camera bump and trying to find a case that will properly protect it is proving to be elusive.
Making the phone thin is great. But that slight extra thinness creates a bigger problem with the Ultra's huge camera bump.

Great device withe very good features

Display great especially screen protector feature
Good battery but I believe if the capacity increases would be perfect
I noticed that I feel some hotness when I worked long time
I don't used all the Ai features but when I asked for something I found that feature present in my device

It perfectly bridges my demanding daily routine between a heavy nursing school workload and long 12-hour work shifts. The integration of Galaxy AI has completely transformed how I study and stay organized. Being able to use smart AI features to quickly summarize complex lecture notes or search for information on the fly saves me invaluable time when every minute counts. The battery life easily clears the hurdle of my long days, and the upgraded 60W charging means I can get a massive boost during a quick 30-minute break. The built-in S Pen keeps the original Note DNA alive, allowing me to seamlessly write down thoughts or chart schedules exactly like real pen and paper. Furthermore, the new Privacy Display is an incredible hardware feature for work and school spaces, keeping my screen hidden from onlookers without needing a thick plastic protector.

It can find dates in messages and add to my calendar immediately! I absolutely love this camera on it as well, the pictures always turn out amazing! Super detailed!

The speed of the screen and overall functionality of the phone make it such an easy use. I know that this phone will last. I don't have to worry about software updates making my phone obsolete.
The Galaxy AI feature really helps with writing and composing emails and text. It even works with my other Samsung products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone itself is pretty amazing. There is one glaring problem with this phone. The camera array is too big and bulky and because of that the phone doesn't lay flat on any surface unless the phone is facing down. It's a really bad design. Other than that I think the phone itself is one of the better phones. The galaxy AI is amazing and the phone plays games and is extremely valuable for production.
