Clunky phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel the AI has slowed down with this UI update. Apps don't run the same, the internet connection is spotty. I didn't have this problem with my s25 ultra. All in all, I don't like this phone. I wish I could go back to my s25ultra

Some upgrades some down grades

I'm a BIG Samsung guy like every product I own is Samsung and I've had every iteration of the galaxy phone series since its first inception. I love the privacy screen on the S26 ultra, the display, camera and battery life. My issues come in at 1 and this is my biggest gripe with the phone is the vibration for calls and notifications. I have it turned up to the highest intensity and went through all the patters and I will not hear it on hard surfaces or feel it in my pocket. That alone is enough that had i known this I would've stayed with my S24 Ultra. The next is it started off extremely fast for most tasks but now theres a delay and I lose 5G frequently in areas that I wouldn't think my signal would be a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful Technology!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I want to mention is the AI. Gemini has been the most helpful for my personal and professional life. When im at work I have my Galaxy buds 4 pro in my ears all day and when I have a question all I have to say is "Hey Google!". It enhances my life and my access to helpful tips and facts at a voice command and I find this fascinating.
I also use the AI To pull up Google maps and direct me to my destination all without touching my phone, what awesome technology.
I love the processing speed and the response time that the Samsung S26 Ultra has when it comes to gaming. I have my refresh rate at max and I have background app running and it doesn't even slow it down a bit. This is one of the best phones I've ever had! The resolution that the phone capable of makes gaming really appealing and fun.
The s26 has become a big part of my life in a waybthat it feels like I have my own personal assistant, I can even ask Gemini questions about a conversation I had days ago and it can pull it up and pick it up like we never stopped.

Brand new feature on S26 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were times that I wanted to check my bank accounts in public places but I was reluctant to proceed due to security concerns despite using my VPN. Last week at an LAX airport terminal, I sat down to use my phone to check my information awaiting boarding, I noticed the person sitting next to me occasionally glancing at my phone, which displayed some of the sensitive information. I immediately turn on the "Privacy display", a brand new feature that makes the telephone screen less/ not visible when viewed from a side angle.
I now can access my accounts in public without worrying about peeping people. Thanks, Samsung, for offering such a good feature!
