Because I wanted the best phone on the market. I love the camera features, the gaming capabilities, and the bigger screen go get office work done. It truly has it all at in the palm of my hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone because of Samsung reputation and my active lifestyle. I am a fireman , my day job is road & bridge for the County. Both jobs involve driving trucks and operating heavy equipment. I've only had the phone for a few months but it has already survived a drop to the bottom of a 2200 gallon water tank , been ran over by by firetruck (was on soft dirt , but still), numerous falls from tops of trucks and ladders.
It easily connects to all fire comms and State gadgets while other operating systems just try and fail , or worse they leave you stranded in the middle of an emergency. Other phones can't/won't connect during a GPS blackout due to emergency services handling a fire or other severe occurrence. This phone and operating system performs flawlessly.
With my galaxy phone and watch , I feel safer in all my activities. From alerting me to changes in blood pressure/pulse and oxygen levels during a fire to simply being able to make a simple phone call to my County dispatch, this phone does it all.... Repeatedly and flawlessly.

Love, love, LOOOVVVVE my S26 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to purchase the upgrade from a previous S model to the S26 Ultra. I was on "the edge" until I just did it. OH BOY, after I few days of getting to know the phone, I was fully blown away. Everything is perfect, the processor, the display, the camera and the technology. BUT... what stood out to me is how much technology is integrated within the S26 Ultra. The new privacy screen feature is mind blowing. The A.I. technology makes this phone seem like it's from the future. The battery life is great. The feel of the phone feels so smooth and light for a phone it's size. Overall, I believe it's a product that makes your life so much easier. I give it an easy 20 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the S25 Ultra last year for my wife, it hasn't given her any issues since. That's one of the reasons why I chose to get the S26 Ultra a few weeks back. The long battery life is something I trully love. I get to play my video games day and still get to have all other apps working. I also love that I don't have to remember my passwords as they securely saved with Samsung Pass.

I started with the very first Samsung Galaxy and loved it from the start so every new Galaxy that has come out I continued to buy them. They are excellent phones! The durability and options fit my life perfectly! I love my new Galaxy S26 Ultra the style, features, the colors,so many options on these phones make my life so much easier. The picture clarity and zoom features make my pictures look so good! I love this phone and will never use anything but Samsung!!
