Have to say it is pretty cool BUT.. I find it awful heavy! Not to happy that you can't use an SD card? Whats up with that?

This product has great features including AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been very nice compared to my last device. The charging speed has improved considerably so if I am in a rush I can have adequate amount of charge on my device.
I have used some of the Galaxy AI features on my device such as the image generation and call screening. These are nice to have, especially the call screening so I can keep a record of any spam calls I receive.

Something is glitching

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Ai is awesome! You can take a selfie and the AI populated your selfie into photos. Very cool! Over the past few days my phone has been glitchy though. I have McAfee Anti-virus installed as an app on my phone so I know it's not a virus BUT my screen all of the sudden freezes and becomes unresponsive for no apparent reason. It's a very concerning problem given the price of this phone.

Samsung lets just add more Ai and say its a new phone. Remove the only feature I used on the S Pen camera shutter button. Now its a piece of unless plastic that will never get used. I think a twig is more useful then this s pen.
Samsung thinking process lets have Bluetooth function then get rid of it then add it back and say we created this most advance pen ever you can take a photo from the S Pen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

S26 ultra too expensive and no Bluetooth on stylus pen, instead of moving forward with new technology, it's going backwards. It's a shame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's really nothing that stands out on the new S26 ultra. Coming from an S23 Ultra,i feel it's similar. The privacy display they promoted is still a work in-progress feature. The Galaxy AI is useful, but they can still make it better

Display causes eye strain, dizziness and naseous

The S26 ultra causes eye strain, dizziness and nauseousness. I have had Samsun my whole life and recently the S24 Ultra for two years and have had no issues, I also have perfect vision. The display on the S26ultra is not well made or changed to cause these health issues, I am using the same settings and have adjusted setting and nothing resolves the issue. Like many on social media and Samsung forums, I will be returning the phone.
