Missing feathers

I traded up from the s25 ultra to the s26 ultra and was very disappointed that there were some features missing. What happened to Samsung messages? And the S pen is no longer Bluetooth! And the one that upset me the most was the Samsung themes. They only show up on the home page. I purchased a lot of them on my previous phones and I'm disappointed I can't use them on this one. Other that that, I love the phone.

I miss my S24 Ultra

I've used samsung phones for over 15 years and this one is my least favorite. Many of the personalization features are gone. Battery life is good and camera works well but I have to reset my device multiple times per day for my text or email to come through. Constantly updating my apps because it does not do it automatically. Wish I could return it for my S24 :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy!

My phone will not charge above 70% and android auto will not work, have contacted support to help they don't have a solution. This phone is very expensive don't waste your money!

For the experience you mention with Android Auto beginning with One UI 7.0 a setting with the USB connection has been in place that may be restricting or blocking the connection with your car. We recommend adjust the settings for this in your settings app with the following path Settings > Security and privacy > More security settings > Block USB connections while locked (Default: On). Defective phone they won't fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They sent me a phone with a defective camera that does not focus with the 0.6 and they voided my warranty after two weeks due to a scratch that's not even near the camera phone glitches highly do not recommend Samsung.

Completely disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy AI was about the same as my s24 ultra. I TRIED THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S26 ULTRA TO TRADE IN MY S24 ULTRA AND I SENT THE S26 ULTRA BACK! ONE OF THE REASONS WAS GOOGLE MESSAGES WAS THE ONLY OPTION ON THERE, WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT! I CAN SEE ON A GOOGLE PIXEL PHONE, BUT THESE ARE SAMSUNG PHONES! I DOWNLOADED AN APK FOR SAMSUNG MESSAGES, BUT NOW YOU HAVE THIS PERMANENT MESSAGE THAT IT IS GOING AWAY IN JULY! I WANT THAT MESSAGE GONE TOO! THE NEW GALAXY S26 ULTRA WAS SOOOO DISSAPOINTING! - GOOGLE MESSAGES WAS THE ONLY OPTION - THE S-PEN IS CURVED WITH THE CORNER OF THE PHONE SO YOU HAVE TO LOOK WHICH WAY YOU ARE PUTTING IT BACK IN, I USE MY SPEN ALL THE TIME AND IF ITS AT NIGHT I DONT WANT TO BE STRUGGLING TO FIGURE OUT WHICH WAY ITS FACING! - IT OVERHEATED WHEN I WAS SETTING IT UP - THEY WHEN BACK TO ALUMINUM INSTEAD OF TITANIUM LIKE THE S24 ULTRA HAS!
SO I AM STICKING WITH THE S24 ULTRA, I WANT THE MESSAGE ABOUT SAMSUNG MESSAGES GONE AND I WANT THE OPTION TO KEEP SAMSUNG MESSAGES!

New Phone Same Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the Galaxy AI is cool and engaging but honestly I went from a S23 Ultra to this 26 model and I truly feel my previous phone was bigger that I liked and allowed me to use older apps such as the Numberpad Keyboard because the T9 keyboard is very complicated on this device. It could option to save added words like slang to dictionary and a space bar where the 0 would be while allowing the prediction to work better. The new camera itself is great especially for close up in depth photos. I do wish charger boxes would be a thing again as with what phones are costing now there should be more included not less. I've been Team Samsung for years such as washers, televisions and phones but I feel lately they are doing too much to compare phone wise to the "fruit phone". While the phone is nice I sadly don't feel it was worth the jump I expected when upgrading.

Disappointing!

I'm disappointed with the Galaxy S26 Ultra! I replaced my S23 with this, and the S23 is a much better phone. The fact that the S Pen has no connectivity and can't snap photos is a major downgrade. The built-in privacy screen isn't worth it when you can buy a privacy screen protector.

Horrific expierence setting up phone.

2 stars are for the upgrade expierence. The phone is fine. The expierence transfering and setting up the phone has been the worst upgrade expierence of my life. Its 2026, we have robots on other planets, you guys can and must to better than you are.
