Love the new phone! But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love the new phone. Great color and looks like premium quality. Also happy to upgrade for the longer support options. Really really loved my s23 ultra, but soon it will be out of support, sadly.
Some cons: possibly poor screen contrast, same battery, lack of s pen bluetooth, higher prices. Not really much improved over the s23 ultra other than galaxy ai features (not my favorite thing honestly).
Really wish Samsung would start taking some more design risks other thank foldables. Foldables are just too fragile and expensive.
(awesome photo courtesy of the og goat Galaxy S23 Ultra :) ye will be greatly missed)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my Galaxy S23 Ultra, when fully charged it lasted more then a day and half without recharging. Camera and other features were excellant. One day it fell and cracked the screen. So i got S26Ultra.
Regarding Galaxy S26Ultra, its not much of an upgrade from S23Ultra, except it comes with Chalk full of AI features. The battery when fully charged doesn't even last a whole day with regular usuage.

Solid phone, 1/2 baked ecosys a frequent traveler
on May 23, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been putting the Galaxy S26 Ultra through its paces, and the short version is this: the device itself is excellent, but the implementation of everything *around* it feels unfinished.
**What I love**
The screen privacy features are genuinely outstanding. As someone who travels weekly, privacy isn't a nice-to-have for me — it's a must. Working in close quarters on planes and in airports, being able to keep my screen shielded from wandering eyes has been a standout feature, and Samsung nailed it here. This alone makes the device hard to put down.
Battery life is solid too. It comfortably keeps up with long travel days and heavy use without leaving me hunting for an outlet, which is exactly what I need when I'm constantly on the move.
Overall the hardware feels reliable and well-built. Day to day, it just *works*.
**Samsung AI**
Galaxy AI suite is a genuine value-add, especially for travel. Live translation has been handy for navigating unfamiliar places, and the writing and productivity tools fit naturally into a busy work routine. The features feel thoughtfully integrated rather than tacked on, and they're the kind of thing that quietly makes day-to-day tasks easier. It's one of the areas where Samsung clearly put in the work.
Where it falls short
My biggest gripe is the lack of magnets for wireless charging. Compatibility with the wide range of magnetic wireless accessories already on the market is sorely missing, and it's a frustrating omission.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone itself is pretty amazing. There is one glaring problem with this phone. The camera array is too big and bulky and because of that the phone doesn't lay flat on any surface unless the phone is facing down. It's a really bad design. Other than that I think the phone itself is one of the better phones. The galaxy AI is amazing and the phone plays games and is extremely valuable for production.

Hello there, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. We are pleased to hear that you are enjoying the usage of Galaxy AI, and other enhanced features of your device. We do recommend protective cases on all devices to help prevent damage from accidental bumps and drops. This has the added benefit of helping reduce the experience you mention having with the camera lenses of your device. We have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team if you have questions about available accessories. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth

Galaxy s26 ultra spen
on May 29, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi .I have been a Samsung customer for over twenty years. I now have a wonderful Galaxy S26 Ultra. The only thing that doesn't seem good about this great phone is the reduced functionality of the pen, the lack of Bluetooth like before, the removal of its great feature when taking photos, the impact on the pen's performance with the magnet that acts as a holder on the back of the phone, and the pen not being the same color as the phone's body... which I hope will be fixed in the next version.

Great Gaming Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my S26 mostly for gaming. With Galaxy AI to help me out with the "how to"s and best tips for each game.....it lets me get ahead of the game faster. Also with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5....it's a powerhouse. I've yet to find a game that it won't play. Of course with the 16GB of RAM and the 1TB of ROM....I haven't even begun to fill it up or have it slow down at all. Love it.

Perfect Balance of Productivity and Entertainment
on June 2, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very impressed with the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The large, vibrant display makes reading, streaming TV shows and movies, browsing social media, and researching topics enjoyable and easy on the eyes. I use my phone daily for emails, phone calls, texts, note-taking, managing finances, and staying organized, and it handles everything smoothly without lag.
One of my favorite features is Galaxy AI. It helps me stay productive by making it easier to organize information, summarize content, and manage everyday tasks more efficiently. The battery life easily gets me through a busy day, and the camera takes excellent photos with impressive detail and color.
Whether I'm streaming videos, responding to emails, taking notes, researching information, or keeping up with family and friends, the Galaxy S26 Ultra consistently delivers a fast, reliable, and premium experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful smartphone that can handle both productivity and entertainment.
