Great upgrade from previous s23 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung s26 ultra for many things as I am a full time work from home mom of 3 and have a ton of family. I use multiple msging services, calendars, organization apps (chores, routine errands, house upkeep, kids social lives, etc), news, streaming, banking, health and fitness, streaming, and a couple games. I also occasionally looked social media, but try to avoid it.
The Galaxy AI tool is great with photo editing, suggestions, calendar, and inhanced searching is a huge! I really lovethe cool privacy screen and have it default set for all myfinancial and banking apps!
I love the enhanced search and use it all the time to capture model or serial numbers from pictures of product tags, etc. I just did this for help with filling a warranty claimon my mattress. Took a picture of themattress label and captured all the details. You can alsojust easilysearch forthings you'reinterested in by taking a picture then circling theitem you want to search for, game changing really.
Calendar help is also great as screen content, like msgs and emails, to recognize plans and events. It can suggest creating a calendar event directly from the chat, identifying dates, times, and people without switching apps. You can also just write in screen simple details for an event and the Galaxy AI tool can capture this as an event, like a normal person writes on a sticky note!

Great phone

I love the camera as it is quite good and has a very high quality, I took amazing photographs of the moon. The processor is also quite speedy and the battery life lasts me all day or longer. The S pen is a very cool feature. However the S pen occasionally would fall out, the character limit on copying and pasting is annoying, and galaxy AI gets in my way.

I use my phone for streaming, watching videos, calls, texts, to take pictures (have always loved the camera on Samsung phones!, and so much more! I also have a tablet as well!

While I absolutely loved my Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB Unlocked in Titanium Jetblack, upgrading to the Galaxy S26 Ultra has been an even more incredible experience. I pre-ordered the 256GB Unlocked White model on February 26, 2026, and the transition has been flawless. The integration of Galaxy AI is where this device truly shines. The real-time Photo Assist features have completely changed how I edit my pictures, making professional-level adjustments feel effortless. Additionally, the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor ensures that everything-from high-end gaming to heavy multitasking-runs with zero lag. What distinguishes a device in the Ultra category is its ability to deliver high-end performance without compromise. The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra sets a high benchmark within the current smartphone landscape. While opinions vary on what constitutes a genuine feature vs a novelty, this ongoing debate helps define the broader discourse surrounding the device. While not every function may be utilized in every situation, the principle of "better to have and need it, than need and not have it" remains relevant. Few phones match the S26 Ultra’s unique position. The list of phones that allow you to both take notes accurately and easily as well as be able to leveradge a full desktop experience is very small. While the product is undoubtedly impressive, it operates within a highly competitive market where other manufacturers are advancing rapidly—particularly in areas such as battery performance, driven by innovations in next-generation silicon and carbon-based technologies.
