[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI on the S26 Ultra feels like a mature secound/third generation feature set.

Nice upgrade from the S24 Ultra
on May 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mobile device fully meets my expectations for a Samsung S26 Ultra, representing a significant enhancement over my prior S24 Ultra. The transition of data and settings was seamlessly executed using the Samsung Switch application. Despite initial reservations regarding the absence of a complimentary storage upgrade in the US market, the performance improvements of the S26, specifically its increased speed and fluidity compared to the S24, are remarkably evident. Another improvement was that of the Galaxy AI. The circle to search was already a great feature but with the improvements it's become a powerhouse. While I anticipated potential challenges due to the removal of S Pen Bluetooth connectivity, my Galaxy Ultra watch effectively serves as a remote control for the device's camera. Furthermore, the redesigned rounded corners of the handset significantly enhance its ergonomic comfort during use.

Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The display quality & brightness look much better than the S24 Ultra I traded-in. I preferred the sharper look of the 24 to the rounded look of the 26. I mostly use my phone to multi-task, play RPGs, and watch YouTube, and the graphics & refresh rate were pretty comparable. I honestly never cared about privacy screens, but it makes sense to increase the brightness to accommodate the privacy function, which isn't as good as an actual privacy screen protector, but it is very decent. I've had it for only a day, so I can't speak to its battery yet, but it charges quicker than my 24 with the same charging cable, cube, and outlet. I wasn't much of a user of AI chat and functions, including the included "Perplexity" app. I used the AI eraser and photo editor on my 24, and I didn't notice a significant difference. Although the pen sensitivity is lower and less precise on the 26. I transferred the same MagSafe 0h Snap holder from my 24 to the 26 (both MagSafe cases); the 26 pen won't function at all where the ring holder is, unless I remove it, which was never a problem on my 24. It is also a slightly higher placement, which causes my finger(s) to cover the camera. I don't know if it was just a setup issue, but there was significant lag when switching between multiple apps a few hours after finishing my transfer setup. Especially if an app crashed or froze, it wouldn't respond to any interactions until ~ 1 min later, when you could request to close the app or restart it.

Excited to try S26 Ultra
on May 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an A**le user for some time now and the S26 Ultra has been the first Android phone that has peaked my interest in a while! The use of the privacy display for apps and especially notifications is a GAME CHANGER! I can't wait to dive into the Galaxy AI and all it can do. I think we are on the cuspe of some extra ordinary features in smart phones. As usual, Samsung is leading the way with innovation! So for the first time in 7 years I am on Android because of the Samsung S26 Ultra!

ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION WITH THE PURCHASED ITEM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely satisfied with the product I purchased; the quality is consistently superior. It's a device that generates a lot of excitement, especially because of its AI capabilities, which promise greater future possibilities. For me, it's particularly special for my daily use, especially for work and studies. It simplifies all processes and provides me with complete convenience, as well as absolute security for all my personal accounts. I'm very happy and grateful to be part of the Samsung family and, above all, to have this new, high-quality, and comfortable device.

Still a Samsung Stan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The display and brightness are much better than the S24 Ultra I traded in. I mainly use my phone to multitask while playing RPGs and watching YouTube on Bluetooth. I only had my phone for a day now, so I can't speak for the battery yet, but I know my 24 would be <40% after 9 hours of 'my multi-tasking'. Otherwise, I prefer the sharper look of the 24 screen to the rounder 26. I don't care much for a privacy screen, but the function is pretty comparable to a privacy screen protector, so it makes sense that you would need a brighter screen, too. I'm not versed in AI chats or functions in general, so I can't speak to the included Perplexity app. I often used the AI photo editor on my 24, and I didn't notice any difference in functionality. Although the 26 pen is less precise and sensitive than my 24. Otherwise, I transferred the same MagSafe ring holder to the new MagSafe case, but it affects some functions. Particularly the 26 pen, it doesn't respond at all where the ring is, unless I remove it, which I didn't for my 24. The NFC card reader didn't respond either when I was activating my Samsung wallet. Plus, the placement is slightly higher than before, so my finger covers the camera when I use my holder. Also, I don't know if it was a lag issue, but an hour after my phone transfer was complete, some of my apps crashed and froze when I tried to log in. The app(s) is one problem, but the phone was unresponsive for me to force close, turn off, or do anything until a minute later.
