Dumpster Fire of a phone

Samsung lets just add more Ai and say its a new phone.
Remove the only feature I used on the S Pen camera shutter button. Now its a piece of unless plastic that will never get used. I think a twig is more useful then this s pen.
Samsung thinking process lets have Bluetooth function then get rid of it then add it back and say we created this most advance pen ever you can take a photo from the S Pen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dissatisfied with this phone RichK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst phone I ve ever owned. The AI wants to take over everything I do. I'm a simple guy just want to talk on my phone and text. The floating keyboard is so tiny my fingers hit the wrong keys. This phone keeps losing my contacts! I put them in and they dissappear! Now I'm told all my texts are going to Google. I know this review won't get me a gift card but samsung needs some honesty. My wife also complained about losing some of her contacts. She's always been a loyal samsung user but looking for a different phone.

S26 ultra too expensive and no Bluetooth on stylus pen, instead of moving forward with new technology, it's going backwards. It's a shame

Not worth the hype

I've been playing around with the phone and I gotta say I'm not impressed. Quite honestly I hate the bulky feeling it has due to the raised camera. I'm also upset to hear that the phone is now aluminum vs the titanium. The only feature I can say I like is the privacy screen. I feel like samsung is trying to hard to be like other big name brands. I've been a samsung lover for years but I'm seriously contemplating returning this and switching to a new brand entirely due to this new lineup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't like the new S26 ultra, I feel like they downgraded an s24 and called it s26, im so mad I paid so much for this and it's all the opposite of better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's really nothing that stands out on the new S26 ultra. Coming from an S23 Ultra,i feel it's similar. The privacy display they promoted is still a work in-progress feature. The Galaxy AI is useful, but they can still make it better

Display causes eye strain, dizziness and naseous

The S26 ultra causes eye strain, dizziness and nauseousness. I have had Samsun my whole life and recently the S24 Ultra for two years and have had no issues, I also have perfect vision. The display on the S26ultra is not well made or changed to cause these health issues, I am using the same settings and have adjusted setting and nothing resolves the issue. Like many on social media and Samsung forums, I will be returning the phone.
