Loving my new phone! Just a few things...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with my new phone! I have the S26 Ultra 😊 I received it quickly, it's faster than my old phone, has more space than my old phone.. there's just a few things I've been having trouble with and I can't figure out what's going on...
1. For some reason, and I've also looked this up online and it seems like others are having the same problem but, I don't receive group chat messages all the time... it's really annoying. I only found out because people have asked me why I'm ignoring the chat. I literally didn't get their messages. I can send messages but not receive them. 😖🤦🏻♀️
2. My old phone was the Note20 Ultra and I loved it sooo much but it's now obsolete and so I had to get another phone...😅 it was time. I miss how I used to be able to use the pen as a remote for the camera 😭 I used to use that feature ALL THE TIME. PLEASE BRING THAT BACK. I use my phone for photos a loooot and can't just keep pressing the camera button because it shakes the whole phone. Also can't just keep waving at the freaking camera to take a picture🤦🏻♀️😑
I honestly haven't used Galaxy AI yet because I already had everything setup in Google🤷🏻♀️ but Google's AI is wonky sometimes too🤦🏻♀️ I used to speak to it in half Japanese and half English but now I feel like I'm forced to talk to it only in English or it doesn't know what I'm saying.🤷🏻♀️
Overall I love my new phone (and watch and earbuds)💕💕💕 it's just those few things that bother me🤷🏻♀️😖

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was concerned about the phone because of the reviews online. I almost canceled my ordered, but decided to wait and see for myself. The phone is amazing and the IA features are a game changer. Also, Samsung trade in policy is really great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone works excellent was a great upgrade from my s24 ultra, the battery is a lot better, the display is amazing especially the privacy display and I don't need the glass that ruins the display quality anymore. The Galaxy Ai features are great they are similar to the s24 ultra but it has a few great upgrades that I use almost daily, it's overall an amazing device and worth the upgrade.

This phone stands out against the competition and provides exceptional AI services and editing via the Samsung Galaxy AI universe.
I encourage all AI enthusiasts to seriously consider making the Samsung S26 part of your tech.

Huge Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last Samsung Device I owned was the Note 20 Ultra. I had a phone from a different manufacturer but was having too many problems. I got the S26 Ultra to get top of line specs and I'm glad I did. It's way different from the Note 20 Ultra I had years ago. The Privacy Display is honestly pretty cool and useful especially where I work. Plus Galaxy AI is very useful, Call Screen is a huge for me because I get a lot of Spam calls and just seeing the AI take over and answer for me is helpful. Now Brief keeps me up date on what's happening throughout my day because I forget sometimes.
Overall I like the S26 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to use the galaxy ai features yet but so far the phone has been a noticeable upgrade from the s25 ultra. The response is smoother the battery life is a big difference as well. The colors on the screen are way more vibrant.
