This phone is a beast for playing mobile games!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off with, I mainly use my phone for gaming, reading, and talking to my friends and family.
My friend called me and said the sound of my mic was crystal clear, and I had no trouble hearing him either. The transcribe live calls seems to work perfect, but I just tested it for fun.
As a gamer, what really mattered was could it play my resource heavy games that are 30-60 GB each, & the answer is "easily". I switched the ram to 24ghz, & it really made everything go so much faster- amazing new processor btw!
I was upgrading from the S22 Ultra 5G, & the S26 Ultra is better in many ways. It's faster, it's physically lighter in the hand, the privacy screen is a game changer, and my only gripe is the S-pen needs a specific way to mount- & often malfunctions if you are using the magnetic case Samsung was selling.
The Gallaxy AI capabilities are a step up, Bixby works smoothly now, and the photo stickers are very fun. Turning my profile picture for my calling card into an oil painting was perfection. It was such a high quality render, I love it!
So far, the S26 Ultra is a huge step up from my trade-in and I'm genuinely enjoying using it. Bravo Samsung!

Great upgrade from s10e

I think Galaxy AI is good, but can be made more polished, example better AI persona with more voices, more seamless interactions that acts less robotic. Regarding form factor, I would like a smaller phone with no compromise in features like in s26 or s26+. Other than that this phone exceeds my expectations

Near perfect upgrade from s23 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my S26 Ultra; I was set on getting it once it was announced, but the features that were revealed solidified that choice even further.
I want to start with the battery life: I'm a heavy user and I don't recall a time where I saw my battery drop below 80% at any given time. I don't know what optimizations were included but my phone feels like it has an infinite battery and it's the first time I've ever owned a phone that I didn't have to rush home and plug in at the end of the day.
The processing power is a noticeable improvement over my previous phone as well. Everything seems to be done much quicker, whether it be opening applications or updating them.
I like my morning brief from Galaxy AI. I haven't gotten it down to exactly where I want it to be, but I miss my Garmin's morning updates and this fills that need nicely.
I only have one complaint, and I think it is part of the reason why my phone battery is so amazing: I don't get notifications for all my applications. Discord and Gmail were the two big ones I realized, and it wasn't until I started opening them manually that notifications for them started running through. All in all, this is an incredibly minor complaint that I have seen others have, but I am sure it will get fixed in later updates.
All in all, waiting to upgrade from the s23 ultra to this one was a wonderful idea because I feel like I've jumped drastically in terms of technology.
