Another step forward

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an annual upgrade kind of galaxy user. This year's model is just another step forward in terms of overall performance, camera quality, and user customization. Where this years model truly shines is the new display features and the video stabilization. I was considering holding off on upgrading this year until seeing these new tricks the Ultra line has to offer.
The Galaxy AI is something that since last year's model I have gradually been using more and more, but has never been a huge selling point for me. The ability to use prompts when editing photos is a nice upgrade in usability for me though as the simple AI editing was always a little bit clunky. I was happy to see that they paired up gemini with perplexity, however I believe the average user may not truly appreciate how dramatic a difference this pairing of AI will be, but for a phone may be overkill.
I am also happy that the phone has ditched the titanium, as it was always a gimmicky selling point and didn't add anything significant for the end user. The aluminum body is more than sufficient and makes the phone much more eco friendly when it comes time to retire the device.
All in all I am happy with the device so far and look forward to using it over the next year.

I almost didn't buy this. I was wrong. So wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me set the scene. I stood in that store, phone in hand, and talked myself out of it at least a dozen times. Put it back. Picked it up. Put it back again — and that's not counting the hours spent adding it to my preorder cart online, removing it, and adding it back. I'm a single mother, MSW student, and small business owner. Spending money on myself feels basically illegal. Buyer's remorse always wins and everything goes toward my son. Except this time. I bought it anyway. My only regret is the energy I wasted being dramatic about it.
I need a phone that keeps up with me and that is not a small ask. Between my son's specialized needs, running a business, surviving grad school, and a calendar that looks like a Tetris game someone is actively losing — I needed a device that does not quit. This one does not quit.
The camera alone justifies everything. I photograph constantly — work, school, and every moment with my kid I refuse to let blur into a forgotten memory. Low light, fast motion, close-ups, wide shots. It just works. Every single time. Galaxy AI has genuinely saved my brain — summarizing, organizing, keeping me focused when I have seventeen things pulling at me mentally and emotionally. Which is always. Still finding new features days later. Battery lasts all day. Screen is gorgeous. Zero complaints. Five stars. Buy the phone. Stop talking yourself out of it like I did!

New Galaxy S 26 Ultra

I use the Galaxy AI frequently and am very satisfied with the results. The data transfer was seamless and the use of e Sim instead of physically replacing the Sim card made the first use much easier. Love the purple color. Thanks

I love the photo and video quality. The zoom works so well! I absolutely love the Galaxy AI. I can just talk to my phone like its a person, and it understands me, and is very helpful answering all of my questions, helping me navigate my phone. I have been a samsung person for a very long time, and this phone is by far the best one I've ever owned.

Exceeded my expectations!

The feature that stands out the most to me is "Galaxy AI" and how it actually helps in everyday life. I use it to help rewrite texts and notes so they sound clearer and more professional, summarize long articles so I can get the main points quickly, and even edit my photos. The AI photo editing is amazing because I can remove objects, fix lighting, and adjust photos after I take them, and they still look natural.
The camera quality is incredible, especially the zoom and night photos. I can take clear pictures from really far away, and low light photos come out bright and detailed. The battery easily lasts me all day, which is a huge plus since I use my phone constantly for music, maps, videos, and social media.
The display is also beautiful and super smooth, which makes everything look better, from streaming shows to just scrolling.
