Love the Galaxy AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my S26 ultra to make videos . Using the Galaxy AI on my pictures is a great feature. I'm able to erase background noise or change picture appearance. Super easy to use. The S26 Ultra S pen is my must have feature, the Galaxy AI works here as well for cropping and editing. Having 1TB of memory makes me not worry if I will have enough memory space for note taking with the S pen or for videos and pictures.

Screen defective

Hi everyone, I bought galaxy s26 ultra, 3 months ago, And now my phone has 2 green lines on the screen, and Samsung said that is my fault because it has an scratch on my phone. I THINK IT IS DEFECTIVE.

This phone just gets everything right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 5th model in the galaxy series and have had the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for a month now, and the biggest standout is easily the camera. I absolutely loved my 23's camera and never planned to upgrade, but so glad I did. It’s one of those things you don’t fully appreciate until you start using it daily and learn what it all can do, and it's ALOT! The detail is crazy sharp, colors look natural (not overprocessed), and it handles lighting better than any phone I’ve used before. Wait until you see the night photos!!!
Low-light shots are where it really surprised me. Pictures come out bright and clear without that grainy look you usually expect, and it doesn’t blow out highlights either. The zoom is also wild—you can actually use it and still get clean, usable photos! The zoom is just as good in video's, with zoom they are unreal! Professional quality!
Beyond the camera, the phone itself is just smooth. Everything loads fast, switching between apps is instant, and I haven’t had any lag. The screen is super bright and crisp, which makes photos and videos look even better.
Galaxy AI feels practical, not gimmicky—it saves time without overcomplicating things.
Battery life has been solid too. I get through a full day without stressing, even with heavy use. Overall, it just feels like a complete, well-built phone that does everything right—but the camera is what really makes it stand out!

I love this phone

Lateral Move with Missing Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved from the Galaxy S24 Ultra and haven't found a meaningful improvement in day-to-day use. Performance, battery life, and camera quality all feel essentially the same, which makes this change hard to justify.
The new privacy screen is one of the more disappointing additions. While it may be intended to limit viewing angles, it reduces contrast and color accuracy, increases perceived brightness, and causes eye strain during extended use. In practice, it feels more like a visual filter than a useful tool, and I keep it disabled.
I also rely heavily on the S Pen for work, including note-taking and presentations. Earlier versions supported Bluetooth remote features, which are no longer available. That was a useful capability. I also use my phone a lot at night, and the display controls are less practical in low light.
For my usage—email, notes, navigation, media, light editing, and connecting to a mirrorless camera—the experience is nearly identical to the S24 Ultra. Charging speed does seem improved, and the more rounded edges are more comfortable to hold.
In practical use, there is nothing here that clearly separates it from other devices in the same lineup. If you do not rely on the S Pen, the experience does not stand out. Galaxy AI is present throughout the device, but I disable most of those features because they do not add value to my workflow.
Overall, this feels like a lateral move with some regressions. In hindsight, I would have kept the S24 Ultra and waited.
