I love my new S26 Ultra.

I chose this phone for it's exceptional cameras, the stylus, the look, and the quality you get with a Galaxy device. I have had Galaxy Note phones forever, and this phone is superior to all of those. I have always bought Samsung phones, watches, and tablets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade to the ultra simply for its overall capabilities on paper. Honestly, it blows every other galaxy I've had from Samsung away. There's no lag with the stylus, the privacy display works perfectly, the phone can perform difficult tasks for work, syncs easily with buds pro 4 and it doesn't get too hot gaming. I was already a Samsung lifer, but now there's no question. Best mobile device I've ever purchased.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is top notch!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an individual that has bounced between Samsung Galaxy products and other devices, I will hands down say that I am a Galaxy person for life. I chose the Galaxy s26 ultra with my recent upgrade in the spring from my previous Galaxy s24 ultra and will say the features are otherworldly. The advancements in technology such as the built-in privacy screen and horizontal stabilization for videos is amazing. As a father of kids in sports, trying to capture moments and then realizing they weren't captured well because of shaky phones is no longer a thing for me. The flexibility of being able to sit in a meeting using the pen and other features like that make this device and future renditions of device my choice!

Best phone upgrade ever!

The display and camera quality are incredible. I chose to upgrade for the advanced AI photo editing and live translation features, and they have completely changed how I use my phone daily. Highly recommend!

Room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upgrade from the S25 Ultra isn't huge. If you already own the S25 Ultra, many of the improvements feel more like refinements than a major upgrade.
The camera hardware still isn't the absolute best in the industry. The cameras are excellent, but some competing Android flagships can produce better results, particularly in certain zoom and computational-photography situations.
The S Pen lost some functionality. The S26 Ultra's S Pen doesn't have Bluetooth/Air Actions, which is disappointing if you used those features on previous Ultra phones.
Still a 5,000mAh battery. Battery life is good, but Samsung hasn't pushed battery capacity as aggressively as some competitors.

S26 Ultra Sets The Bar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the S26 Ultra after considering other devices like the Galaxy Fold. I spent considerable time researching features of them all, but the 26Ultra was by far the most usable. I found a plethora of features that I didn't discover in research that excited me even more! I typically use my devices for Strategic Planning, Architecture, and Design so the utilization of the S-Pen allows ever better and more accurate! I'm about a month into usage and I continue to find new features; the Privacy Screen, the updated Bixby is nice and the audio from the speakers sounds sooooo good! Samsung has set the bar higher once again. The new benchmark for excellence is 26 Ultra! That's why I chose.
