[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so I've had the S26 Ultra for a little while now and I keep recommending it to people unprompted which probably says everything.
The camera got me first. I'm not a photography person at all — I just want my photos to look good without having to think about it. And they do. Every time. I took some shots at a family dinner last week, bad lighting, everyone moving around, and they came out better than photos I've planned and set up on other phones. The Galaxy AI quietly cleans everything up in the background and honestly I don't fully understand what it's doing but my photos look way better than they have any right to.
Battery is the other thing. I used to be that person with a portable charger in every bag. I haven't touched mine since I switched. I'm on my phone constantly and I'm still getting through full days without even thinking about it. It's such a simple thing but it changes how you use your phone.
The privacy screen I was honestly skeptical about before I had it. Seemed like a gimmick. Now I use it every single day. On the train, at cafes, anywhere I'm doing something I don't need strangers seeing. You just turn it on and the screen basically goes invisible to anyone not looking straight at it. I didn't realize how often I was self-conscious about my screen until I wasn't anymore.
Is it expensive? Yeah. But I've stopped thinking about upgrading which for me is the real test.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a beginning I was not a fan of AI but I'm getting used to it this device helps navigate through AI so far it's great..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is a great tool to have added to the phone. You would be surprised how well it works. If you don't have one, get one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the new S26 I like the new screen protector feature that is on the phone. As for as the display goes for me I think it a little bit better then the S25. So the battery last long on the S26 ultra then S25 ultra. I have not used all of the AI features yet on the phone, but the few I have works well for my needs. I would say I am happy with my choices to upgrade to the S26 ultra.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a devoted Galaxy fan for years. Last year I went from the S22 Ultra to the S25 Edge but something felt off.
With the announcement of privacy display & horizon lock I knew I had to find away to get this device. That camera setting can be extremely helpful to those with things like hand tremors where it's difficult to stay still to get those perfect shots. The night photography upgrade will help for those upcoming BTS concerts. 🫰🏻💜
The only thing I miss so far is the old object remover that doesn't use AI. Sometimes you just want to make small edits without being slapped with an AI watermark. Now I have to use a 3rd party app for that when it was built in previously.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love its large screen and the fact that it's lightweight. Super responsive touchscreen. Works great with my music (Pandora) and social media. Fast photo and video uploads and lots of storage. The stylus is handy though I don't use it alot. It's also very aesthetically pleasing.
