Great Phone

Mobile network issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While driving, the mobile network disconnects and reconnects repeatedly about every five minutes, and eventually I get a message saying that the SIM card has been disconnected. I already replaced the SIM card with a new one, but the same issue occurred. I also switched to eSIM, and the same problem still happens. It seems like it might be a phone issue. Even after changing the network mode to 4G, the problem persists. I have also tried resetting the network settings and performing a factory reset, but the issue still continues. I have used Samsung phones my entire life, and I never had any problems until the S25 Ultra. Because of the issue with my current phone, I had to return it and order a new one. The most frustrating part is that I have to buy new screen protectors and camera protectors again, and I also have to set everything up all over from the beginning. This takes a lot of time and effort. I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and the time I have lost, but Samsung.com is not offering any support or compensation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone before this was a note 20 ultra 5g,I really like a lot of things about this phone camera is great, front and back crisp clean vivid, display resolution on middle setting is perfect for how I've been using it, I mostly have been using it for video calls, Itd be unbelievabe if I cranked it all tha way up I do have one major disappointment, it's more of a spen thing tho, y'all have removed the Bluetooth antenna from the S Pen and now I am no longer able to click the button with the camera app open and take a picture from anywhere yeah you can put your hand up and it'll take a picture but I'd much rather have that feature back. The s26 ultra has a very good battery life even when on a video call for 7 hours or more it was still above 20% battery life and that's using max brightness screen being on the entire time. granted my last phone was about 7 years old and is be lucky to make it 2 whole hours on a video call before it would die. A few things that I myself particularly think is really cool GALAXY AI, GEMINI. they put the privacy screen built into the phone so if someone tries to glance over at your phone they won't be able to see the screen you can set it up for the whole screen or just where the notifications are and there are video effects for like autofocusing/tracking on certain apps that are sound effects allowing you to focus voices or dynamic noise there's an audio eraser to remove unwanted background noise from recorded videos which is probably my favorite.

easy life with S26

Furthermore, the device allows me to make greater use of AI tools for searching, shopping, and accessing, compiling, and summarizing information. It is truly an amazing phone.
