[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's user friendly. It's pretty tough. I work in dirt all day, so it handles the dust and drops pretty well. The endless amount of features on this device is pretty cool. Im trying to get used to using the ai feature. Amazing how quick and intuitive it is. Just so fast to get the information you need. And it learns fast if it's not right with it's explanation or information. Still kind of strange talking to Ai. The battery isn't much different from the s25. It last about the same, which is about 24 to 26 hours. This phone has the same battery life new as the s25 had when it was used and old. The phone is great for what I need it for. I do have trouble going from Samsung to Google as a default. It doesn't like to auto fill or backup and sync to my cloud. Don't know why I'm having such a tough time with it. Other than that it's a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's good things and bad. Here's the good. The processor is so much better than previous models. The resolution is definitely better as well, here's what I'm not overly excited about. I would love to have the built-in privacy screen that the ultra has. Charge time varies frequently if using a mag safe charger or a normal usb-c one. For all that is sacred, we hate Google msg's. Bring back Samsung msg's please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy is terrible. It glitches, shuts off, I have had to reset multiple times. I have had no help from my carrier, no help from Samsung. It's bad. I want a new phone

Also the screen is truly reliable, scratch resistant (I've put it to the test). And love the reaction when people.see.the.body and know right away, IT'S A SAMSUNG L. .
