My phone is very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my devise for calls, texts, photos, music, email, camera (gallery) and internet searches. It has been very user friendly in how to access things that I need in a very timely manner. I just set up a new Canon printer in less than 5 minutes.
My phone plans helps my family too by including my parents and my dad just graduated to his first smart phone, a S26+ just like me. Grateful that I can help explain certain features to make it easier for him. The learning curve is real whether you are in your 80's or 60's.
I am not a fan of AI yet tolerate that it is used for initial google searches.

It's good and has many features & AI things but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally upgraded from my beloved S20FE 5G phone, after about 6 years, to the new S26+ after my old device's battery life became an issue. So I was really looking forward to not having to recharge my new phone multiple times to get through the day with average usage. Unfortunately, out of the box I found the battery level dropping faster than I like for a new phone. So that was my first disappointment. After investigating the issue and advice from the Galaxy AI, I found a few settings tweaks that help to lessen battery depletion so it lasts longer than before. So for help with how to use features on the phone or fix some issues due to settings the Galaxy AI can be quite useful. I still feel that the battery doesn't last as long as advertised especially without doing the tweaks I did. That said, it seems to have many seemingly helpful AI features but I don't feel comfortable enough with current AI privacy policies to enable all of them just yet.
The new UI took some getting used to but once I did it's quite handy and easy to use. Although, I wish you could make all the widget backgrounds semi-transparent like my previous UI. I do like how fast & responsive it is for most apps making it easy to use for listening to audio books, streaming music, occasional brief gaming or social media checking. The video quality is also pretty good but I wish the speakers were a bit louder. Also, it was hard to record fingerprints & it still fails to recognize my prints too often.

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone initially ran warm the first few times. However with the Galaxy AI it has an option that manages and monitors the phone. Now it is super awesome on games or watching my shows. I'm definitely loving this phone. I had the s25 and was a big jump for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love everything! Some of the new features are great, especially Galaxy AI 💜 I will use the AI features a lot. I am retired with time on my hands and I love to research about different things. Using Galaxy AI will make researching so much easier and less time consuming because it will scour all the different websites so I don't have to go through each individual one myself. I've used Galaxy for years and have loved everyone I've had and this one is not going to be any different. Keep up the good work making them and adding new features all the time! 💜💜
